I've used Insureand Go USA three times now. During mine and my daughter's last trip to Punta Cana, her luggage got misdirected to Baltimore the day before Christmas Eve and we had to purchase clothing, shoes and other necessities so that she had what she needed for a couple of days - to include Christmas Eve. Her luggage showed up Christmas Eve day but Punta Cana celebrates Christmas on Christmas Eve so her luggage was not brought to our room until the next day.

As soon as we returned home, we gathered the receipts from what she had to purchase until the luggage arrived, the airlines and hotels verifications of delayed luggage, and filled out the claim form and mailed it off to InsureandGo. They process the reimbursement payment within the 30 days that they said they would do and it was mailed to us. Unfortunately, the check got lost in transit, but a phone call to InsureandGo got that check cancelled and they immediately over-nighted another check which was received the next day. Thank you InsureandGo!

Very simple to purchase on-line. Easy to understand options.

Of course the true value of an insurer is determined at claims time. I hope not to test this. If something unfortunate occurs I will post again with results and satisfaction level.

We took a cruise this summer to Northern Europe and I got a rash from something I ate. All was handled on board with the medical staff.

Insureandgo covered all my medical expenses. I simply followed the directions on their website, submitted my expenses and explanation and received a check for the full amount of my expenses. I got no hassles, no run around, no requests for additional info. They were perfect.

We will use them for all of our travels.

Everyone that had anything to do with correcting my policy were very efficient, courtesy,and a pleasure to speak too. Only complaint was the telephone wait time. This happened more than once.

I really appreciate how nice and combinative and civil you have all been. It was quite the opposite of what I experienced in the past with another company. I had been very turned off by travel insurance companies but now I have changed my mind and will definitely use your company in the future ( hopefully I will not need to file any claims) and I will highly recommend you to our friends. Insure and Go policies offer excellent coverages for the risk of high cost medical treatment outside the United States.

I continue to use this company (Insure and Go USA) because of my satisfaction with a claim my wife filed while I was in the hospital recovering from a ruptured appendix at the beginning of our trip to New Zealand and Australia. The staff dealt with the issue in a timely fashion and returned nearly $10,000 in travel expenses, including non-refundable cruise expenses, plane tickets, opera tickets, and tour tickets. We were impressed!

I felt the phone attendant was very good. She was helpful and quite pleasant.

The online purchase procedure was easy, efficient and price competitive. We are frequent international travelers and we did have one international medical evacuation event (broken ankle) on a trip to Europe several years ago. At the time we had purchased insurance through Travel Insured and their service was horrible. We have since used CSA but this time we're going with InsureandGo because of the competitive pricing and the good reviews. However, the key is how do they perform in the event you need their services. Believe me, when an accident occurs the service provided by the insurer is worth it's weight in gold. Hopefully, we won't have an opportunity to find out on this trip.

The title of this review tells you what I think of the service. I am really quite positive about Insureandgo USA.

My only issues are that I am being billed for "Assistance Services" and I don't know what this is. Also, I only really want to cover myself for medical expenses overseas but it seems I have to buy several other coverages too.

Looks like the coverage is very good for the money and that their medical is primary. Let's see how they do if I have a claim (hopefully not!). I had been a long time buyer of travel insurance through another company but when I needed coverage for nearly 2 months Insure and go beat the competition's pricing with the same coverage. Thanks for a great deal.

difficult to understand policy provisions and wordingm. Hard to try to compare different policies. Confused about what is covered. Many descriptions are general and do not apply to spicific coverage

Seemed very straightforward. This was just for buying the travel policy. Don't know how they'll do with claims but they were recommended by friends.

Quick and easy to navigate, not a lot of pages to look through. Best price we found!
