Picked holiday insurance from online comparison site. Chose family group arrangement. Costs seemed reasonable for amount covered. Process easy enough to complete.
However, the real value of insurance is only known if a claim has to be made. Therefore have only given 3 stars as holiday not taken yet, just the booking process.

Extremely pleased with travel insurance. Was concerned about my husband’s recent health issues and how much travel insurance would cost however I was very pleased with the quote I received. Insurefor quickly provided my documents and letter confirming my husband’s health issues on taking out a policy with them. I’m delighted. Thank you.

Very disappointed with this company because we had a quote on 8/6/26 for £380.08 and received a email confirming it for 14 days, we contacted them today 9/6/26 and used the quote reference number and they wanted £470 more !! after a very long conversation trying to get satisfaction they wouldn’t honour their quote.

You do not keep to your words on replies to emails. You barely understand that your customers have deadlines and hope to receive correspondence with the max day you promised. "We'll respond to you in 2 to 3 working days"and do not in over a week going!
