Great Insurer.
It was a very simple website to navigate, all my choices for added extras were easy to find but there didn't seem to be any pressure to purchase more insurance than I needed. The pricing was highly competitive, and I had my policy via email within minutes of finalising the transaction. Very easy to recommend this insurer.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience - operator transposed my health declaration to my husbands name (gynae issues) and then struggled to resolve. Complaint upheld but then documents issues without my daughter’s health declaration. 10’s of called to resolve. Admin sloppy and I have no confidence in the cover anymore. Have now insured elsewhere before travel as I remain concerned.

I had holiday insurance from this company last year which runs out soon so looked at renewing again for the coming year and as the price was roughly the same I decided to renew.
