As a new taxi driver and dealing with a insurance company for the first time Jamie was very helpful and patient and went through everything in detail very happy I am with this company and will definitely recommend everyone this insurance company

Liam the chap on the phone was excellent thats what made it for me his knowledge and attention to detail plus attitude was refreshing to see or hear in your trade sometimes buying insurance can be a slog even checking with other brokers you feel like a robot or broken by the time you come of the phone not so with Liam we have another policy next month so looking forward to hearing from him and it's nice to have someone with a sense of humour keep it up mate .

Spoke to Ian who was very polite and explained everything to me.gave me a great quote and didn't pressure me to accept it.

Amanda was very helpful and got my renewal done effortlessly and professionally and saved me a few hundred quid too. All insure taxi staff I have spoken to in the past have been very good too. I don't have a complaint about any of them 👍

Best insurance Brooker ever, gave me a quote £5000, £3000 cheaper than my previous Brooker, helped me when I had trouble with a claim to a 3rd party paying my garage a bill not payed after the car was fixed 4 months after

Well what a fantastic service I was contacted regarding renewal. I was treated extremely well polite professional. I had made a mistake on the start date which I noticed the following day. I called them back the were very understanding and soon had me correctly insured. With only a small difference In the cost to the original price which was very good overall I would highly recommend them 5 stars from me
