Driver aggressive named Hamza Lachine MTL

Hamza aggressively yelled at old woman
Aggressive Driver named Hamza from Lachine jumped over fence and walked through lawn, threatened a 65 yr old woman. Told her to F off because she asked him to use the pathway. He grabbed the packages from her hands and said she can’t have them used profanity .
Serious aggressive threats to and old woman. This is unacceptable. Driver should be suspended or let go for the safety of your customers but Intelcom said the best they can do is file a complaint. No one will call me back, no one will follow up, Intelcom agents said supervisor in their department will not speak with me. Hamza driving truck with plate Fty_7162
