The dress was missing both tie back laces and pockets, which they clearly advertised for on their website. And they didn’t refund me anything and are just saying /lying about that the dress is up to their standards.

Ordered the dresses that had the laced back and pockets! The product was not what was advertised. Not Cotten material as advertised No pockets and back doesn’t lace up. Plus they both smelled like cigarettes. This is definitely a scam site.

I ordered a dress comes with drawstrings back design and 2 hidden pockets. Obviously it doesn’t have.

And I contacted the support team and they repeatedly claimed that the item is absolutely up to standard. (Yes, they really used the word “absolutely”)

I asked them a simple yes/no question about if my dress has those features. They just simply avoided my question.

Well, it’s a just fraud. They know it’s not the exact product but they still took your money with low quality product.

I ordered a bomber jacket on 6th September, it never arrived. I have been fobbed off by them at every opportunity. They refuse to refund me stating the parcel is in transit. There are not tracking details. Total scam avoid at all costs.

The shirt is synthetic not cotton as advertised - seams
around the collar are exposed - truly horrible quality.

I have attempted to return and get my money back - their guarantee is a joke - my cost was $44.85 - they offered $3 and then $5

Worse crap. Not as advertised. Claims refund if not satisfied. Ran so small was like a child’s size. They said shipped what I ordered and should give it away as a gift. Stopped payment on credit card. They said keep items nothing about refund

Avoid these scammers like the plague!!!! firstly they falsely indicate that their items are shipped from trustworthy US source which is displayed on the tracking site, actually you find that the tracking info' doesn't sync with delivery, actually this company is a Chinese company with a dropshipping operation, the tracking info' is fake!!! I ordered 5 (different colours) of a men's waffle lapel t-shirt. of the 5 that were delivered only 2 matched the t-shirt advertised which led to the order. The other 3 were similar but distinctly different in design. When I contacted the seller who advertises an easy return/refund policy they would not exchange nor refund repeatedly stating that their factory confirms that the correct order was sent, this despite me sending pics to demonstrate that they were different. I have now initiated a credit card chargeback and i'm confident that i will have my complaint upheld and get the refund.
Another scam is the Reviews shown on their site....I left a negative review on that but it just disappears and is not published only 5 positive reviews are published, these are likely fake like everything else with these guys. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! these guys are scammers
