Excellent customer service and products
Whenever I have had an issue with my order, then the customer service are really good at sorting it out. You do have to be careful when putting in your address details as if you put things in the wrong line then it confuses the courier! However I now know what to do!
The products are excellent and we order several of them. The quality is good and the price is comparable. I wish they did more offers!! However definitely worth buying these.

Was hit with a £31.33 customs charge…
Was hit with a £31.33 customs charge even though they clearly advertise importation charges included.
When contacting the company they offered a discount on my next order or a refund. I asked for the refund. They they since stopped replying to my multiple emails.
Others in the UK and other countries should be aware they are not paying the necessary import charges, even though they charge way over Market value for their products, albeit good quality.

Very good quality products, relatively fast shipping to NL. 9 out of 10 times I ordered it is delivered in 3 to 4 working days, but my most recent purchase got temporarily lost because of severe weather issues in Spain. The support helped me with a fair solution and options and in the end I received my package.
Would recommend and def. Buy again.

Have been using this excellent site for many years now ..well into pension age. Neglected way of dealing with client
I ordered a product and payd it by immediate transfer, they said no payment received i sent the proof from my bank and they without any attention say me to wait , and I paid UPS carrier, they say it will take 2 weeks for it to arrive here in Portugal, inagine from Spain to Portugal or even from England by UPS it is too much time.
