Pleasurable experience shopping for life insurance.

Both the agent-Daniel Duran, and case manager-Marlene Tracy were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They actually made shopping for life insurance a pleasurable process. All businesses would do well, to follow your marketing strategy.

the nurse appointed changed 6 times then the poor thing had to come back because wrong paperwork.

Took 2 weeks for a call to set up physical; 6-8 weeks for underwriting? Your competition is underwriting in half that time.

Please be advised our Team is diligently following up with the exam company to ensure an examiner for your life insuarnce exam.
There are some challenges for the Exam company due to the fact there are limited examiners available in yor immediate area.
My understanding is they were able to find you an examiner coming in from about 45 miles. Hopefully, your experience contiues to improve.

Personal service with a consistent voice.

I used IntelliQuote the last two times I have needed life insurance. David contacted me two years ago when my age started to put me in a more expensive bracket and offered to get me locked into the lower rate. Even though I declined, I was happy to have him contact me again when my old policy was about to expire. Professional and courteous.
