I recently ordered a electric toothbrush. The shipping took 4 day which I didn't mind and the toothbrush was nicely packaged. I would definitely order from Intellistore.de again.

Fast delivery and good product, but no support
I was initially a bit worried when I ordered from Intellistore. There is hardly any information whatsoever regarding the website and the reliability of the online shop. To my surprise the headphones that I ordered on Thursday afternoon arrived at my door (DHL) Saturday early in the morning.
The product itself (Audiotechnika M50x) is great, packaging and everything was perfect. It arrived from an amazon warehouse, as stated in my order receipt.
What I really didnt like was the inability to contact the support on the number specified in the website. The number simply doesnt exist. I also got no answer to my initial mail to support@intellistore. This can really discourage many people from ordering. They should definitely do something to alleviate the situation.
Edit: The situation may have changed, there seems to be a different number (and contact hours) on the website now. Not bad!
