Intelliwave 

My first contact with Intelliwave was with Melissa.
She was friendly, helpful and very kind to me in explaining how I went about getting Intelliwave. I had to call her several times and she was patient in explaining.
My second contact was with Zach who installed the system in my home. He was excellent!! He explained how it worked and was able to install in an older home. I certainly would ask for him again.

I would rate Intelliwave more than five stars if it was possible ! The service is beyond Super. When the internet goes out, I receive a text or e-mail immediately and with an expected time it will be back up. I never, never had this ever with my previous server. I always had to call and then every time they would take me through a series of tests to check my system, which would always be an issue with them, and then I would have to wait anywhere from 1-5 days for the repair to be completed, and with no call to let me know when it was running.
And the installer for "Intelliwave" was "Brandon". He stayed until it was complete and walked us through "every thing & and every detail". He also had a very pleasant personality, which is "Plus" in my book.
So I highly recommend Intelliwave and am so thankful they were available in my area. My son recommended them to us and he rates them highly also. If someone would give them a bad or negative review, I myself, just wouldn't believe them.

It's 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday our internet is down. I've called all the intelliwave and country connection numbers I could find and they are all disconnected... Except the 1800 number but as soon as you select a option it hangs up on you.
