Giving 2 stars just because the product looked good..it’s completely a money making scam business..the product I purchased was 1/2 the size of what it was shown on the website..which is not worth than 1/2 the price I paid..my mistake to have chosen them over local vendor ( Additionally, please note that the product shown on the website and the product delivered may have slight variations. The same has been clearly mentioned on the website) this insert was the response what I got from them..

I placed a flower and chocolate delivery on 14 February (Valentine’s Day).
Both your website and the confirmation email showed the order status as “Delivered.” However, the delivery was not made to my home address, which was clearly provided and confirmed during the order process, and my wife did not receive the delivery.
I later discovered that the delivery was handled by Chronopost, who delivered the order to a shop in my village instead of the correct residential address. When the shop owner explained to the delivery person that the address was this not the destination address and where my wife actually lives, the delivery person did not attempt to complete the delivery and left the items at the shop.
As a result, it was the shop owner, who had to contact my wife to inform her that the order was there. This situation was embarrassing and particularly disappointing.
Marking an order as “Delivered” on your website when it was not delivered to the correct address or recipient is misleading and unacceptable. In a service such as yours, the last mile of delivery is the most critical part of the customer experience, and in this case, it failed entirely.

Extremely disappointing experience, product is absolutely not at the expectations with poor quality and unsustainable products. Worst of all is the over exaggerated pricing! Paid 60€ for what you could get for less than 10€ in any flower corner in any basic supermarket!

Flowers have not been delivered
The answer received from interflora did not help.
I log in into an account as they suggested but that does not help.
If Interflora can see my message, can they please ensure the flowers are delivered. They can contact me directly so I can provide the order number. This is really a nightmare. It is probably the last time i use interflora.
