Very bad experience. I ordered flowers for my moms birthday because on the website they mention delivered within 4 hours of ordered before 17.00
I ordered at 11.00 am and asked my father to wait at home. They for one never came to deliver the flowers but then the next day said they would redeliver to which I said it’s too late and asked for a refund. They then never replied back and now that I check the order status it says it has been delivered.
Such a scam service. Doesn’t deliver and also doesn’t reply to refund the money.
Strongly recommend to avoid this provider!

Hello,
I am contacting you regarding my recent order, for which I paid 60 euros expecting a bouquet of 60 high-quality roses, as advertised.
What I received is completely unacceptable:
• The bouquet contains far fewer than 60 roses
• Several roses are wilted or damaged
• The presentation is nothing like what was shown in the photos of the product I paid for
• The bouquet delivered does not match the description, quality, or value of the order
This is a clear case of misrepresentation and I request an immediate full refund or a replacement bouquet identical to what was advertised.
Please treat this matter urgently. I have attached photos for your review.

If you’re thinking about using them to send flowers in Paris — don’t. Run. Call a local florist directly and save yourself the nightmare.
I’ve been in Paris since Sunday (it’s now Friday night), and someone kindly ordered flowers for me, my mom, and my friend to be delivered to our Airbnb on Monday. What followed was a masterclass in incompetence.
Interflora split the single order into three different shops across the city without telling anyone. I immediately reached out on WhatsApp and Instagram (because their phone support might as well not exist) with all the order numbers, asking for the shop names and offering to pick up the bouquets myself. I did everything right on my end.
Their customer service? A complete joke.
1-They disappeared for hours and days at a time, often just leaving my messages on “read.”
2-They gave me wrong information, sent me to a shop that didn’t even have my flowers, and never once took real responsibility.
3-Despite me clearly telling them my travel dates, they dragged things out all week.
4-Five days later — Friday at 8 PM — I finally get a vague message saying I could collect my flowers from a Chronopost pickup location… without even telling me which one. Useless.
Needless to say, I never received my flowers, and the sender never got a refund. What should have been a lovely gesture turned into a five-day mess of unanswered messages and zero accountability.
And just to be clear: the individual flower shops were NOT the problem. Les Pouces Verts was fantastic — they actually called to clarify my mom’s bouquet same-day. Monceau Fleurs is another solid option. The real issue is Interflora’s complete inability to manage orders, communicate, or care.
They are disorganized, unresponsive, and utterly unreliable. The support team is basically nonexistent. Honestly, it’s insulting how little effort they put into fixing their mistakes.
⚠️ Save yourself the headache: call a Paris florist directly.

Translated: Interflora est sans aucun doute l’une des pires entreprises avec lesquelles j’ai eu affaire.
Si vous envisagez de passer par eux pour faire livrer des fleurs à Paris — n’y pensez même pas. Fuyez. Appelez directement un fleuriste local et évitez-vous un cauchemar.
Je suis à Paris depuis dimanche (il est maintenant vendredi soir), et une personne a eu la gentillesse de commander des fleurs pour moi, ma mère et mon amie, à faire livrer à notre Airbnb lundi. Ce qui a suivi a été une démonstration d’incompétence totale.
Interflora a scindé une seule commande en trois livraisons dans trois boutiques différentes à travers la ville, sans prévenir personne. J’ai immédiatement contacté leur service client via WhatsApp et Instagram (leur ligne téléphonique est tout simplement inutile) en fournissant tous les numéros de commande, en demandant les noms des fleuristes et en proposant même d’aller chercher les bouquets moi-même. J’ai fait tout ce qu’il fallait de mon côté.
Leur service client ? Une vraie blague.
• Ils ont disparu pendant des heures, voire des jours, laissant mes messages en “vu” sans réponse.
• Ils m’ont donné de mauvaises informations, m’ont envoyée dans une boutique qui n’avait même pas mes fleurs, et n’ont jamais vraiment assumé leurs responsabilités.
• J’ai clairement indiqué mes dates de séjour, mais ils ont laissé traîner les choses toute la semaine.
• Cinq jours plus tard — vendredi à 20h — je reçois enfin un message vague me disant que je peux récupérer mes fleurs dans un point Chronopost… sans même m’indiquer lequel. Inutile.
Résultat : je n’ai jamais reçu mes fleurs, et l’expéditeur n’a jamais été remboursé. Ce qui devait être une attention touchante s’est transformé en une semaine d’échanges sans réponse et de négligence totale.
Et pour être claire : les fleuristes locaux ne sont PAS responsables. Les Pouces Verts a été fantastique — ils ont appelé le jour même pour clarifier la livraison du bouquet de ma mère. Monceau Fleurs est également une bonne option. Le vrai problème, c’est l’incapacité totale d’Interflora à gérer une commande, à communiquer et à assumer leurs erreurs.
Ils sont désorganisés, inexistants au niveau du service client et totalement peu fiables. Honnêtement, c’est insultant de voir à quel point ils s’en fichent.
⚠️ Épargnez-vous la galère : appelez un fleuriste parisien directement.
🚫 N’utilisez surtout pas Interflora. Jamais.

Absolutely rubbish service from the FR branch!
Living in the UK, I made sure to place a surprise order for my sister who lives in France. After paying the extortionate price and the absolutely obscene 15 euro delivery fee(???), I chose a morning slot when I know she would be at home to receive the surprise herself. Any other company would just attempt delivery when requested and only call the receiver's phone number to request access in case nobody is answering. NOT INTERFLORA FR. They thought it would be a brilliant idea to call her the day before to ask her if she would be home to receive the flower delivery the next day. How dumb can you be? Thanks for spoiling it for me and also for the attempted rubbish English when calling her so that she can also figure out WHERE they were coming from, not only IF or WHEN. Totally useless bunch!
Later edit: just for the sake of transparency, my order number was IT1102011734 but don’t worry Interflora, there’s no way you ca “fix” this. There’s a time and place for thinking things through.
