Rented appartments in Lazise with a pool. The appartments was fine, and service seemed good. They told us to not hesitate to contact them with any problems found.

This morning, we found, what appears to be, human feces in the pool, next to La Madonnina A5.
We think that because of this, it's not safe to bathe in it. We recommend that the pool area is barred off until the pool is cleaned.

I think I found the sinner. A family is bathing their dog in the pool right now. Could of course also be human feces, but I think that's unlikely. (a sign by the pool, clearly stated that dogs in the pool are prohibited).
Can you please notify me when the water has been sanitized, so we can safely send our kids in the water again.

We have now waited 2 days for a reply to our inquiry about the pool. 3 days ago, feces was found in the pool. I'll remind you that E-Coli bacteria can be very dangerous. And disastrous to people on vacation, surely you understand this.
The last reply I got from you is, that you will send an antendee. We have yet to see the pool being closed off.
The reason we would like to see that, is that if you clean the pool probably, with the right chemicals, after the find of feces, the water can damage the skin and especially small children, if it is in the cleaning process. This can take 2 hours if you are effective, normally it takes the whole day.
There are also residents that can't read your sign with a pictogram of a dog, with a red bar over it. In the info about this appartment, it didn't say anything about a dirty dog pool. We have been forced to find other pools in the area for our kids. This was a main feature that made us choose these apartments.
I see other families with their small children bathe in the pool, without them knowing what horrors might unfold in their holiday. Maybe they are lucky, maybe they are not.
In any way it is disgusting, despicable and we have lost trust and faith in your company.

This is ofc. not acceptable, because the automatic monitoring of the pool is pH and Chloride, not fecal bacteria. So we felt that we were dismissed, and they have no knowledge of pool hygene. We've never expierienced such disregard for guests, and we have been in Lazise many times. So if they say theres a pool with the appartments, be careful, for the sake of your health.
