International Delight has REMOVED Expiration Dates on some of their Creamers
Around or near the end of October 2024 i opened their Chocolate Caramel and it was like 'molasses.'. Fortunately I buy 2-3 per visit for 3-4 weeks and HAD noticed that where they 'previously placed/hid' ON the side in Black print on their dark brown container.
I contacted the sellers Customerservice as listed on it and they did offer to send me a coupon for 2 free creamers which I greatly appreciated.
However, while speaking with Customerservice I asked WHY THEY NO LONGER PUT EXPIRATION DATES on these, and to rethink positioning the dates ON the bottom as some other distributors do. I was told this would be shared, but as recently as last week, I can say and show they have NOT returned expiration dates to their product.
I would really appreciate International Delight showing its customers that WE are important and they care about How we may be adversely affected by not having this information.
