Ordered a Xmas gift not received.

Ordered a Xmas gift. No delivered and has been tracked back to England despite being delivered to a hub near my house in Scotland twice. Customer service is non existent and do not reply to any emails. I also contacted Branston directly who are looking into it. A nightmare company to deal with and unlikely to get the Xmas gift at all with no refund. I can’t say this has been a positive experience combined with the Royal Mail strikes although that was only 2 days of action and I have had no problems with other deliveries before, during and since I ordered from this company.
