Joan was great. She reached out because one of the shirts I ordered was unfortunately out of stock and offered me a refund, store credit or a replacement shirt and I chose a replacement. I got a prompt reply back and my replacement shirt should be on it's way shortly.

The products are excellent and the delivery is fast. The after-sales service is perfect, with an honorable mention going to Ardie, who promptly addressed my needs.

Online support is really on point. I had some issues with the package at the border of my country, as they requested some documents from Into The AM. Contacted guys and they responded promptly, giving a solution extremely fast. Sam helped me solve the problems and I got my package right in time. Very professional support team.

Returned items from the UK. Have received store credit and the experience was good. I have not given 5 stars because there was a 10 day delay between my returned items being received and the refund being issued

I loved the Graphic Tees and their service.
I had made a big order on the Graphic Tees and had them shipped to Australia. Upon recieving them, I noticed an issue with my order. I raised the issue on Monday and recieved a response by Tuesday. Within a week the matter was resolved at no extra cost.
5/5 Can't get better than that.

I bought eight T-shirts and spent nearly $200, and I feel completely let down by the terrible service I’ve received.
I spent the entire week trying to get a hold of a human being on their 800 number, but it was impossible.
I was assisted via chat by someone named Jhohan—though I’m not sure if he was actually a computer program, because the service there was abysmal as well.
According to Jhohan, everything had supposedly been cleared up; it was understood that the package was supposed to be delivered to me in California, and that it was just a matter of waiting.
As it turns out, I was notified today—Saturday—that the package was delivered to the wrong address in Miami. And since they don't offer customer service on Saturdays or Sundays, there is absolutely nothing I can do about it right now. I will definitely be reaching out this coming Monday to cancel the order and request a full refund. I would never shop on this garbage site again, and I wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either—unless you want your day ruined by such incompetent service.
I trusted your word when you told me that everything had been resolved and that the package would arrive in Los Angeles, California—and it was all a lie. If I could, I would go back and give you a rating of less than one star, because that abysmal service from your company deserves nothing more.
In fact, I don't even want to buy anything from you anymore; monday I am going to see if I can finally get through to someone who actually understands the situation. The bottom line is that you should just issue me a refund and stop sending me anything else, because I want nothing more to do with this.

Fair price, good service, and good delivery time. But I stand by my previous comment that many shirts don't feel as silky and soft as others. Rob

Firstly, Into the AM's shirts are honestly the best shirts if you are looking for a shirt that is slightly fitted around the chest, loose around the belly, and perfectly fitted around your arms to show off those biceps. I've tried many other brands like True Classic etc., and they do not compare to the fit of Into the AM. Secondly their customer service is great! Quick to respond, listened carefully and very kind. Joan handled my support and was a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend these more, you MUST give them a try!

Into the AM provides high-quality products, specifically I love the feel of their shirts and pants, and this is my third time ordering multiple items and will continue being a customer to this brand. I was concerned about my packaged. So I emailed Into The AM and they replied super fast. Fixed the problem and also give me a gift card for the inconvenience.
I really like this company. I never had a problem with them in the past. They got awesome designs and they got Ardie!
