I paid and get nothing
I paid and get nothing. I wrote messages to them, zero reaction. :(
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I have used intromaker.net several times and so far they have always come through. The last time I gave them the wrong email address and they still got the video through to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
RUBBISH DONT USE
Purchased a video online, stated it will be emailed shortly.
a few days later and emails sent, NOTHING. no even a reply
Opened a case with Paypal to get my money back. Gone to a company that treats their customers with respect.
DONT USE !!!!!!!!!!!
The video took over 24hrs to arrive. Having read some other reviews started to worry.
Contacted intro maker - No reply.
Contacted Paypal.
After 36 hours video received, it's exactly as ordered, looks good and performs as expected.
Would have given 4 stars if they had responded to query.
they took my money. no video on mail..fraud scam. i am a you tuber ..i will make video on that how inromaker.NET is fraud.
I ordered two videos, $10 each.
Positive: The videos were easy to order, arrived within 15 minutes, and met our expectations.
Negative: The reason for the 3* rating is we wanted to use the preferred video as the intro section on videos created using Camtasia, however, they cannot be added as valid media to Camtasia. Two issues: 1. You sell intro videos but they won't work with Camtasia?!, and 2. No response from support when we inquired about this constraint.
Shame, I'd like to give them a 5.
Update: June 12, 2017
After several days I received a reply that they could not do anything about their .mov formatted video not working with Camtasia and did the old 'talk to camtasia' routine. Camtasia mentioned Handbrake, for converting formats, which worked. Problem 1 solved - you can get intromaker videos into camtasia videos.
Problem 2 was that the intromaker video ended too soon. I asked them if they could extend it 2 seconds to complete the visual flow and allow time for the viewer to actually read our name. They said that they had sent me the standard format shown on their site, but did provide a 2-second extended version that works perfectly.
With that, a 4 out of 5 is fair.
Pretty simple. I paid for video. They took my money. Two days later- still no video! Open dispute with PayPal and no response to emails!
VERY VERY VERY DISTURBING ADDS ON MOBILE.....STOP. NOTIFIED DIFFERENT TIME, STILL NOTHING. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THIS ANYMORE.....STOOOOOOOOP
I ordered my video 3 hours ago (I tried the $5 one) and still have not received the video. They said it would be a max of 1 hour, but still nothing. If they would have sent the video, it would have been a very simple process.
I ordered my video (the one with the logo on the moon) and wanted my logo in white. It looked fine in preview but when the video came through it made all the white parts transparent.
I emailed them to figure out what had happened and they didn't respond. 5 emails, several FB posts and tweets later, and an open case from PayPal to claim the money back and still no response.
This company is the pits. Avoid at all costs.
I was a little skeptical to go through with submitting my logo for a video but I figured for $10 it wouldn't have much to lose. I should have listened to my gut. After I payed I was told that it would be in my inbox about 30-60 minutes. It did arrive quickly and the logo looked fine...but through the whole intro there were these horrible red guidelines making a huge X across the whole video. It looked horrid and very amateur.
I contacted the site and asked for a revision without the guidelines as you'd simply have to turn them off before rendering the video in the first place....which sounded like a reasonable request. It has been 3 weeks and counting and I've yet to get a reply or sort of notification.
I then opted for one of the three free options and apparently those "free" options never even arrived after weeks. So unless you pay, don't expect to get one of their free ones, ever.
I ordered a logo from this company and specified the color code desired and what kind of graphics I wanted. I received a logo with colors I didn't request and looking like a "half-effort" work. I requested a revision and have been ignored for over a month. I am pursuing this matter to the end. I want my money back
My intro is incredible, 5 minutes, 10 usd. Safe, fast and cheap!
