Unprofessional organisation.
Invoned claims a response time of 6 weeks. Post 8 weeks I called their number which on EVM says they dont provide updates on the phone for bezwaren boetes. I wrote them an email and they came back stating 6 weeks is not always possible to respond due to the high number of tickets they recieve. Its now nearly 12 weeks and I have not had any reponse. Unacceptable and very unprofessional.
