Pricing is very expensive for small…

Pricing is very expensive for small companies. We have to use a service given the switch to Peppol but I am really not happy at the minimal offer that you get and how they push you to spend more to get what you need out of this tool. And their customer services team is blunt and gives no options - either you pay more or you can spend hours and hours figuring out how to get the set up that you need.

There are big companies that they could focus on charging more value to. Putting the squeeze on small companies that are forced into needing their service because of Peppol is just unfair.
