Ordering materials from the website was very easy. Material arrived in a timely manner. Definitely will purchase from you again.

The 1st half of the shipment came in a timely manner however, the three pouches of shock had come unsealed and had spilled inside the shipping box. I was only able to recover about half the product. It looked like these had been sitting in a warehouse for a very long time. They were very dusty and the print on the pouches had faded

Eric took the time to educate me that I had purchased the wrong pump motor. It was my bad for not making sure that I was buying the correct one before I purchased it. Lessoned learned the hard way since I was the one who had to pay the $78. to return it.
Anyway, I appreciate the RMA & will at least get the $280. I paid for it back.
