This company is a total SCAM! The materials are horrible. The material is extremely cheap and clearly made illegally (child labor, I imagine) in China. Took 2 months to receive and they will not allow me to return. They also advertised this on Instagram with an additional 12% discount which I never received. The sweatpants are literally unwearable and are not following any normal pattern for wear. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! I'm in the midst of trying to recover some now to no avail.

Inzemi came up on my facebook feed and as a result I made a purchase. I ordered in December 20 and the goods arrived at the end of Feb 2021. In my view the sizing was off on one set of clothes and I had ordered the wrong size in another. After some protracted emails, the company will not accept a return or an exchange of goods unless faulty. Despite the fact UK legislation allows a return for goods bought at a distance. They are not based in the UK so they obviously feel they do not have to operate in line with UK legislation. I made legal enquiries as I think its outrageous but the reality is that it will be a fruitless task to seek enforcement. Do not waste your precious time, energy or money in buying from this dubious outfit. You will have no recourse if it goes wrong. I will never order anything from a foreign company that pops on my facebook feed again, and shame on facebook for exposing UK consumers to such retailers. Lesson learnt the hard way.

I would not recommend this company, placed an order for over £100 in early January , 10 weeks later nothing, when I emailed to ask , I got the usual virus rubbish response, with no offer of credit or delivery date.

I purchased 5 items from Inzemi, three of which I liked and planned to keep. One of the other two didn't look like it did in the photos online and the other jumper just didn't suit me. I was then astonished to find that they don't accept returns! How can you sell clothes online and not accept returns?!?! For this reason, I would never buy from them again. I do like the three items I've kept, but I could never take the risk of purchasing from a company that doesn't accept returns.

There is nothing positive about my process with this clothing company. The photos look very good compared to the products..low quality fabric, low quality fit and very odd high waisted trousers. I purchased 3 various sets and each one was a disappointment. It took over 50days to receive and now they won't return unless there is damage! Waste of hard earned money. A big NO NO review from me.

Ordered 12/27/20. As if 2/21/21 I have received nothing. Tried to cancel order b4 shipping and it was ignored despite their site saying this can be done. Do not buy from them.

Delivered only after I placed a claim via Paypal. Cheap and not at all as advertised. Just a common crap cloth from China for a price of a decent brand. Avoid.

I ordered 3 sets of clothing on December 31, 2020. Today is Feb 19, 2021. Still not delivered. If you want to save your money do not order it. I was stupid enough to order 3 items from them and until now there is no sign of my order to be delivered any soon. Customer service is more reactive than proactive, they don't update you on the status unless you reach out to them and every time they don't give any time frame , just apologies for inconvenience. Very disappointed and annoyed that I wasted my money on this company.

Worst clothing ever! They are made from awful fabrics that do not look Ike the pictures and the company will not accept returns. Do NOT BUY HERE!!

This clothing is awful. Nothing like how it is pictured and advertised. The fit is terrible. Pants are very high waisted - like half way up my torso! Unflattering and uncomfortable. Worse, they are trying to refuse my return. Avoid - save your money!

Will not accept returns, wrong size and colour delivered. Also does not feel good quality. No label to say what made of. Have since seen same advert on Facebook under a different company name. Not trustworthy!

Do not buy from this clothing site! They only accept returns for clothing THEY deem to be defective. They do not accept returns for clothes that are of shoddy craftsmanship, the wrong size, or the wrong color. All of the above was wrong with my order and they refused to accept it back and offer a refund. You can buy much better quality clothing from even Walmart, so don’t waste your money with Inzemi

I loved the lounge sets that I bought, they are very nice quality and fit perfectly. I bought Medium and the length and fit is great for my 5ft 2 frame. However I'm not keen on the jumper, it looked huge on the photo, which is the look I was after, and as I'm only a UK size 8 on my top half I bought a Small, it fits but it's definitely not baggy as showing on the photo, either that model is tiny or she is wearing a huge size plus it didn't smell very pleasant and wasn't as good quality as the other items.

I'm very pleased with my knitted lounge wear suit. The quality is good however there is no washing instructions label nor is there a composition of the garments.

I was nervous about my order as I had not ordered with the company before. I am 5 foot 2 and ordered medium but the blue pyjama bottoms are really short. The cream loungewear is OK for size. There are no labels so I don't know what the items are made of and how to wash them. They took quite a while to arrive. I probably wouldn't order from this company again.
