We had IO power out to our industrial unit to fit new LED lighting, they were fantastic. i spoke to their office on the Friday someone came out that day to quote and they had engineers on site working by Monday
The team at IO Power supported me with my garden composite decking project. They fitted some neon blue decking lights with a light detector so they only come on in the dark.
I was delighted with their work and the lighting really finished the job off. From my experience they are professional, have integrety and do what they say at the price agreed. I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to family and friends.

Thanks to the team at IO Power who came out and sorted an emergency at my property when my fuse board broke. They arrived quickly despite it being late at night and got everything back running for me. The staff were polite, the work carried out in a quick and tidy manor and the price was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

i used a site called trustatrader , they recommended i/o power electricians they did the work ok and charged me ridiculous price for one and an hour s work 800 pounds ,when i asked them over the phone they said they would send me an invoice for that amount ale the list of work they did . when i complained the price was ridiculous they got back to me and reduced the price to 330 pounds , i do not accept it was a mistake if i would be elderly or not alert to this kind of scam then they would of taken my money, what do you think? do not use this company, when i complainedto trustatrader they accepted it was a mistake but i do not

We initially quoted £800 before work commenced and this was approved by the customer. The costs were for materials, the presence of two electrical engineers to be onsite, fitting / installation of XYZ, an electrical retest and subsequent electrical certification.
Once work began, we realised the costs would not be as high as originally thought. We revised our price downwards and we kept the customer informed. Newly revised costs were subsequently agreed on the day with the customer at £330 plus/including VAT.
So far so good.
However, it's at this point that a mistake was made: the newly revised costs were not picked up by our administration department who went on to bill the customer at the original rate quoted.
It is important to note that once the customer contacted our office to point out the billing error, our admin staff quickly liaised with the electricians who performed the work and it was immediately realised that the customer had been invoiced for the wrong amount.
At that point, a credit note was raised for the appropriate amount and our apology was offered. At no point did we take payment from the customer until the work had been completed and the invoice was correct and to their satisfaction.
Brilliant service. Sorted out problems with lighting and sockets and would highly recommend
