Sent me wrong part and ignores me..!🤬

I ordered a charging port for a LG Stylo 5 and was very careful so I wouldn't order the wrong part by checking, double checking and even triple checked only for them to send me the wrong part. Ok mistakes do happen 99% of the time with me So I'm kinda used to everything being a struggle.
So I check on their return policy online. First red flag it says that customer is to pay return fee out of my own pocket. I could see that if it was my fault for the mix up but even the receipt they sent me had a picture of the part I was supposed to get that didn't match up to what was sent to me.The website said to contact "Akuma" my sales rep so I did with absolutely nothing in return. No reply no phone call not even a message on the website. I would strongly urge you to take care of your business elsewhere if you don't want to be scammed out of your hard earned money.

I have been buying from this firm for some time now. I have never received an item that is not what I bought. I was buying oem parts, until I decided to buy non oem. It turns out to be the same quality like the oem. Delivery time and packaging have be excellent.

Faulty parts & no communication

1 * is too much! Stay clear of this firm. The parts are financially inexpensive for a reason, i bought a mobile phone screen that never had the 'home/back' button/ribbon attached to the screen. They did answer my initial email, they asked me for a video of the problem. I sent a 'photo'! They promptly sent another email asking again for a video! I sent the video & a couple more emails over a week or so, but haven't heard anything back.
My sales manager 'Coco' might have gone for some 're-education' or 'holiday' or just don't 'care'. Hey-ho it was only £10, so lesson learned.

Paid for NEW OEM, revceived USED & DEFECTIVE

I was initially excited when I found ipartsexpert website. The website is laid out nicely, the descriptions are good, the pictures are good.... so I went ahead and ordered 2 OEM LCDs for the Moto X4 and an LCD for the Moto 5G ACE ( which was described as high quality not OEM). When I received the LCDs they were well packaged and the shipment arrived quickly (12 days to the United States Southwest) . When I opened the box I was disappointed. The two Moto X4 LCDs were in fact a OEM but I could tell they had been used because the transparent green stickers on the back had been replaced with the graphite film that needs to be installed before assembly (oem lcds do not normally have this installed, it must be installed by the end-user). There were also adhesive stickers for the fingerprint reader, microphone and ear speaker grill already in place so I knew right away these two LCDs had been used. I connected them to one of my phones anyway. I turned on the phone and went into the settings menu (with a white background) and noticed significant color differences on the LCDs. The top of the lcd was a cool white color (meaning it was Snow White) , but as I looked down towards the bottom of the LCD, the color gradually changed to a warm color with a yellowish tint to it. (snow white color on top and yellow/white color on bottom). Both of the Moto X4 LCDs displayed this defect. The Moto 5G lcd looked different than the websites picture as well. I noticed the flex cable was all black whereas on the company's website, the lcd pictured has a large copper section at the base of the flex cable (to help with heat diffusion and better picture quality on the lcd) . I connected lcd to the 5g ace, and laid the into the plastic frame of the phone . I noticed a small Gap around the edges between the lcd edge and frame, and in order to properly seal the lcd to the frame, I would have to use a large amount of black cell adhesive to fill the gap which would look ugly and not be presentable to a customer, let alone not seal properly. When I powered on the LCD and put it side-by-side to a factory new Moto 5G Ace with each display set at 100% brightness, I noticed that the replacement LCD was about 70% as bright as the factory unit. When I took it outside in the sunlight, I could not even see the screen. This is unusable and unacceptable. The company offered to pay the return shipping and issue me a refund but after they told me this it started sounding Shady because they were saying they would inspect the LCDs first which sounded like a run-around so I went ahead and turned the matter over to PayPal. ipartsexpert did not respond at all to PayPal's request for information about this transaction, so I will let you draw your own conclusion as to why ipartsexpert did nothing. In the end I got my money back, otherwise I would have been out a bunch of money for used mediocre parts.

Cheap knock offs with zero warranty support!

Ordered a new screen for a phone, Over £100 plus shipping, worked fine for about a month then began getting green lines, then quickly deteriorated and now flashes green over most of the screen making the phone unusable. They only allow returns (at your expense) of unused/uninstalled items for 7 days from delivery. Knock off Chinese rubbish with no recourse when they go bad.

The metal china uses is garbage, There defective rate is almost 22% and thats in 7 or less days. 30 day rate is almost 50% Total garbage.

Buying direct from China is risky, BUT.....

I would have given three star because I think you need to be extremely cautious when buying, as an individual, directly from any Chinese based vendor. Examples of being sent an inferior product, being saddled with additional customs duty costs, even vanished items in delivery, and then shockingly bad customer service, if the Chinese company do any of these, you have no one to turn to, so be aware.

But I twice ordered low cost phone replacement parts from this vendor, and twice did not have any issues.
Both times I paid a reasonably small amount of money for a replacement screen with digitiser. About £6 shipping. Both times I received the items well packaged. I didnt get hit with import duty. And I received a working product which was of good standard. Once fitted both phones worked again wonderfully and I felt great having fixed them myself for £20 each.

I think if you have £500 to spend directly with any Chinese vendor, paypal or no paypal, you have to expect to lose £500.

If you want a £15 replacement phone screen to fit yourself, I think from my experience this is a good vendor.

These guys promised a month for delivery. It took more than two months for the item to show up. In between the communication from them was terrible! I will never buy from them again.

I ordered 2 replacement screens (one after the other) with faults ranging from touch to defects in the lcd and mould.
I ordered a battery that was supposed to be authentic but was obviously a knockoff/fake seeing they put black sticky tape to cover the brand and logo of the battery.
They even dodge the invoice for customs to show the parts on the box as a less amount. Probably trying to avoid GST.
Customer Service was very poor. After the first faulty LCD they ignored my emails for 3 weeks before I threatened with legal action. Do the world a favor and shutdown your business.

All ipartsexpert.com buyers out there…

All ipartsexpert.com buyers out there be warned.

ipartsexpert.com and/or Ada Shi is not to be trusted.

Ordered a number of items but did not ship. They promised a few times on email they will ship only for each email to be a delaying tactic not to ship. If only I encountered this review site before my purchase, I wouldnt have purchased from this site.
