Appears to be a scam!
I received an email from this company a few weeks ago providing my card details and telling me that there has been a transaction that has been flagged as potential fraud. They asked me to confirm if I knew this transaction and I responded almost immediately to say that I did not recognise this transaction and asked for more information.
I have received nothing back from them and when I chase I am told to email back to the person that sent the original email which I have done and they do not respond.
This has caused me a great deal of stress as this company have my details including my card number! I do not know who this company are but it seems it may be a scam!
Yesterday I received an email about Bitcoin payments with them! Convenient that they can email me a random email but can’t respond to any of my requests!

To begin with iPayTotal is in no position to flag any transactions as this is something which is done by the acquirer when a suspicious activity is raised. The bank flagged this transaction on a gaming website and it is our duty as your payment processor to notify you of such information. We would also like to outline that an automatic refund request was sent on the same day, however this may take 14-20 days to be processed and is not within our control. In regards to the bitcoin email, this is part of our newsletter and has been sent to all our subscribers. I would give 0 stars if possible. I brought a client for my company to IpayTotal for high risk processing and they charged $2200 USD to set up an account. Once my client began processing, a few weeks in, thier system would no longer process credit cards for him. They proceeded to blame the client, but we moved all of his processing to another platform that performed flawlessly. My lawyer agreed that this was on purpose to kick us off the platform so they could keep the setup fee. I recommend finding a US processor and stay FAR AWAY from this company.
