Order didn't arrive and emails ignored no refund received

Ordered a product a month ago. They have taken my money and not shipped me my product. They're also not answering my emails. I ordered something for my poorly newborn I'm disgusted that they've scammed me and my newborn suffered whilst I was waiting for the product

Scam website. Took money, no order, emails received or returned - and phone line drops. What a waste of time.

Do not use

I was having problems with the chemists not having all of my medication in stock, I kept having to drive multiple times to and from the chemist which is a few miles from where I live. I’m disabled and it was stressing me out until I was recommended Ipharm. I can’t believe how prompt they are and all of the delivery guys are nice and professional. I have also phoned the Washwood Heath premises and they were very helpful on the phone. I can’t fault this service, they’ve made getting my medication so much smoother and saves me a lot of stress. Thanks guys!

Placed an order on 25 August, still not received this or even a dispatch email 11 days later. Messaged them 3 times and no answer. Filed a dispute with bank to get my money back.

Same situation as numerous reviews here. I placed an order & 6 working days later I chased by email. It is now 8 working days later & I've sent 3 emails with no reply. Shockingly bad, do not buy from them as they are clearly not a reputable company.

Placed small but important order 6 days ago and with the exception of order confirmation no info re despatch or delivery.
Sent email requesting update, no reply. Rang tel no and was transferred to a deadline.
Think this company is a totally disgrace particularly operating in the pharmaceutical sector and should be looked at by the trading standards authority.

I would just like to know what happened to order 39708. I placed it normally, got an email confirmation. Week later it hasn't dispatched. No one is answering the phone. No one is responding to emails. Are you a legit business?? Honestly starting to doubt

Good prices, quick and efficient delivery, communication good, had a small problem with the postage charge not recognising that the order was over the free postage threshold but was given extra discount code to sort the problem. So more than happy with the service, definitely use again.

Best arthritis rub I have had could do with a 100grm tube if possible.

Slow delivery. I was meant to recieve my item 11th. It wasn't even dispatched until 13th!!! It's the 16th and I've still not received my order
