I completed enough surveys for a $15 payout but couldn’t redeem it because “I had to wait 96 hours” from taking my first survey according to their ridiculous policy. After 96 hours the reward redemption button is “not currently available”. I reached out to them through their contact link & this was the AI response:

Upon recent review, we noticed some inconsistencies in your responses that jeopardize our survey data, therefore, after careful consideration, and in line with our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, we have decided to discontinue your account.

Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel.

This decision was made for market research purposes only, and we’re sorry if it caused you any inconvenience. The personal information you’ve provided will not be used to contact you and will not be passed to any third parties.

Yep! You read all that correctly, they “reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards” so they can get away with not compensating you. SO BASICALLY DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BS APP OR WEBSITE!!!!! YOU WILL 100% BE SCAMMED OUT OF YOUR TIME & MONEY OWED.

Edit 6/24/26 in reply to their robot response below: why would I ever contact your fraudulent company again “with more details” when my account is already canceled and I literally wrote every detail of my experience in my review? LMFAO. This is just another example of how much this company sucks.

I think need to be more socialise, ad more advertising, have more language, enclod some age between 15&18 ,need customer service tool free number,

They cancel you without any reason at all after you work through hours of surveys and then wont allow you to redeem your rewards and hide behind their "well you agreed to our fine print policy about being able to cancel people whenever we want" bullshit. They get their surveys answered but dont pay what they agree to pay you after. But apparently im a robot? I dont leave honest opinions on the surveys I did for them? Alright. How's this for an honest opinion? You're company is a scam and I hope it sinks!

Yes I experience great... It helps develop my knowledge about survey. The company doing well.. If ever there's a lot of survey translate it on English it's an international language everyone knows and understand it.

It is a great company, what I liked most was the interactions I got and basic skills I learned , the one issue is slow performance with improvement I think it will be great

Hello,

I redeemed my points for a Noon voucher (40 AED), but all the codes I received are not working.

The codes are invalid even though they were received today and are not expired.

I tried multiple times and followed all instructions, but nothing works.

This is clearly an issue with the codes provided.

I request either:
- a replacement working code
or
- a refund of my points.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Within less than 92 hours of signing up, I was already eligble to receive a giftcard! Some of the surveys take longer than others but it's still worth your time.
