Great coach lovely and comfy driver Kez was brilliant.

As a school, we have been travelling with IQ Coaches since 2023, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the service we receive every time. From start to finish, every journey is smooth, well-organised, and completely stress-free.

The team at IQ Coaches are absolutely fantastic—kind, patient, and incredibly hardworking. They always go the extra mile to support staff, carefully planning departure and arrival times to help us avoid traffic and delays. Their attention to detail and dedication really stand out and make a huge difference to our trips.

We’ve just returned from two trips this past week with IQ Coaches, and once again, everything was flawless. We’ve already booked them again for future trips because we know we can trust them completely for safe, reliable, and comfortable travel. One of our recent journeys was nearly two hours long, and it couldn’t have gone better. We arrived and departed exactly on time. The coach was spotless, very comfortable, equipped with toilets for the children, and the air conditioning was excellent, which was especially appreciated in the sunny weather.

A colleague also travelled with IQ Coaches recently and came back full of praise. The children were so excited, and the staff were friendly, approachable, and more than happy to answer all of their questions. Their professionalism combined with such a warm and welcoming attitude really makes every trip special.

Communication is always quick and efficient, and the team consistently ensures we get the very best service possible. My class thoroughly enjoyed their experience, and as a school, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend IQ Coaches to anyone looking for high-quality, reliable transport.

We used iQ coaches recently for airport transfers between Birmingham and Oxford. They were a pleasure to deal with. Our drivers, Adam and Iqbal were professional and also friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The vehicle they provided was brand new, clean and luxurious. I can certainly recommend them.

Professional, patient, and kind driver. Iky felt like one of us throughout this long journey, which even included nearly 70 minutes stuck in traffic due to a serious accident on the M1. He stayed calm, smiling, and patient the entire time, even when some passengers became restless because they needed to arrive on time.

We recently travelled with our primary school to Blakesley Hall using IQ Coach, and the whole experience was outstanding from beginning to end. I am very happy to give them a full 5-star rating. The organisation, punctuality, and professionalism shown throughout the day were exceptional and made the trip run smoothly for both staff and children.

From the moment the coach arrived, it was clear that we were in safe hands. The driver was friendly, patient, and incredibly supportive, especially with the children. He greeted us warmly, helped everyone board safely, and made sure we were settled before setting off. His calm and confident manner instantly put the staff at ease and created a positive atmosphere for the pupils.

The coach itself was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. The children had plenty of room, and the seating made the journey enjoyable rather than tiring. It was also very reassuring to see how carefully the driver handled the coach, driving smoothly and attentively throughout the entire trip.

Our journey to Blakesley Hall was relaxed and well-timed, allowing us to arrive in good spirits and ready for the day’s activities. The return journey was just as well-managed, with the same level of professionalism and care. The driver was patient with the children as they boarded for the trip back, and he ensured that everyone felt safe and comfortable.

As a primary school, reliability and safety are incredibly important to us, and IQ Coach delivered both to a very high standard. Their excellent service helped make our school trip a positive and memorable experience.

A very long journey too Scotland can be a nightmare but with this incredible service it was so easy. Lovely coach with lovely considerate drivers made the trip stress free. When I accidentally left my iPad on the bus all I had to do was drop the driver a message and he got it back to me. Absolutely no complaints.

I Had to book a minibus and IQ Coaches were very accommodating and helped me book the minibus on very short notice and were very helpful.

Our driver was a gentleman named Iqbal and provided top tier professional service and was very friendly and helpful.

Were able to accommodate a very complex arrangement for our school trip to Drayton Manor. Communication from Iqbal was excellent.

Could not recommend this coach company enough. Iqbal and his colleague escorted 80 children to London over 2 days. He was incredibly friendly, considerate and professional.
Communication was great. Sent myself locations and videos to help find where he would be parked in a busy city. He even met our school group after a theatre show, late at night, so that we could be escorted to the coaches quickly and safely.
Prior to the trip, the coach and possible drivers was a bit of a worry but as soon as I met Iqbal, I knew we were in safe hands! Thanks again!

Currently on coach to watch Northampton Saints in european final. Coach turned up and hour late. Then needed 45 mins stop in services. Upshot we are now stuck.on a coach in traffic and will not get to match in time for kick off. Very unhappy coach passengers. It has ruined our match day experience

We had the pleasure of working with iQ Coaches for a close family funeral. Absolutely can't fault Iqbal and this company at all, so compassionate, understanding and reliable. Felt reassured from our first contact and all the way through. The passengers advised that the 30 seater coach was of excellent quality, and that they had a comfortable and pleasant journey to their destinations. We had our flight diverted with Tui and IQ coaches came to the rescue. They picked us up from Gatwick short notice and early hours and took us back to Birmingham.
Our driver was called George, he was a really friendly nice chap. And he got us home in great time! Can’t thank the team enough as we were stuck in a bad situation but they handled it promptly and professionally.

I travelled with this company from Leicester to Stansted airport on the 28th of December. The driver was both polite and courteous. The coach was comfortable and warm. I left the coach at the airport, after a few minutes I realised that I'd left my phone on the bus. Of course I started to panic and ran to see if I could catch the bus before it left. I managed just in time. The driver stopped and let me board. My phone had been found and he handed it over to me. I was so grateful to have a honest and helpful driver. I'd definitely recommend them. A+++
