I joined IQIYI paid a year’s subscription and am so so disappointed. The majority of the product is VIP forcing the user to upgrade to access decent content. This is more expensive than my Netflix subscription with very limited access. DO NOT BUY!!

Terrible, if Incould give negative 10 stars I would. App constantly freezes, unless u r blackmailed to be a VIP, seriously, it only means they let inner for more than 39nin on an app u already paid for, your screen and translations will freeze. This app is nothing more than fraud. The shows r typically less than a D rated documentary style confirming.!Do NOTNEASTE YOUR MONEY. There is Noooooooo app support, The app also has been flagged for cyber tracking hacks. Do not be lulled to this piracy.!!!!!!. Review bribery, demands latest date of publishing and not real time experiences
Months later app demands you upgrade.! More terrible playback, no English translation.JUST STOP, Stop defrauding subscribers! The most BIGGEST RIPP OFF, do not subscribe! Every feed back option requests your CC #. This site has been reported to the attorney general of several states for internet fraud!!!!! You will possibly be hacked!

I have never seen such a bad app, I’m very mad in this app Your comment is constantly deleted and you are warned because you only chose the name of a novel or other website. What's the point of that? There are of course other websites where you can watch the series for free. I don't like Chinese series anyway. I wanted to watch Thai BL series but I found the same series in another app for free. So I don't need to be a member of this mafia app anymore. I deleted my member account here and I don't recommend this app I’m very disappointed.

IQIYI has a large and good selection of Chinese dramas with English subtitles and they are legit (not sure why the other reviews say they’re not). However, not much content is available for free and you have to pay for vip membership. There are also different levels of vip membership so you will have to upgrade again if you want access to everything. I’ve also had technical difficulties when I got stuck in a loop of upgrade offers to watch something not included in my vip membership and the technical reply was turn it off and on (which I already tried of course).
For me, Viki Rakuten is cheaper and better. I’ve had both for about an year and there’s more new shows available regularly on Viki rakuten. You have to subscribe but you can access everything and I’ve never had any technical problems. Think I’ll cancel IQIYI it’s been months since there was anything new I wanted to watch on there.

Very dangerous company

I used pay pal to pay for the premium VIP but having issues streaming any VIP show . It keeps coming up error code I can watch regular non VIP fine but the shows I want to watch are VIP

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.Scam. There is no way to cancel the account. I have been emailing them since January trying to cancel and stop them from debiting my account. They are telling me they can not find my account which is odd because they keep drafting the account every month!!!! First they wanted proof so I screenshot my ID username and number. Then they wanted screenshots of the drafts so I sent them. Then they requested the last for of the card so I sent and now they need the entire card number!!
I do not understand why you can debit my bank account for an account that you are telling me you can't find. I have been trying for 4 months now and they are doing nothing to resolve the issue but requesting more and more of my personal information. Beware.

Their connections are a bit slow, although they have many movies to choose from, the speed of their server ruins the experience.

Great streaming service

Varied and large catalogue of cinematography. Quality of the videos are great. Up to 1080p mainly. The iphone app allows for 1080p hdr video playback, and Dolby atmos audio on supported hardware and videos.

Progress is saved across platforms. So you can easily watch an episode on your pc and then continue on your phone, and vice versa.

I love that I can get to watch a wide selection of cdramas in Australia finally! The quality is excellent, it is annoying that you can’t go directly to next episode (without the intro) but otherwise I LOVE this app. Also what is the difference between gold and diamond subscriptions?

Fake Service and Cheating!!! Paid for the service, then not activate account, trying to email them, but keep dragging and frustrate customers, with no intention to resolve the issue hoping to just keep using same trick to get customer's money for free. Also, try to leave a comment on this, they will filtered out all these message, so everyone keep falling for such trap.

I visit the site a lot and try to see the series and what's new.

The most relevant response of course is that of the people of China.

But I think the streaming looks really nice
I would be happy for the Chinese to do English subtitles for everything.
