I'm a returning customer to Irepairtek in Countryside, IL. I took an iPhone 16 pro max in to have the screen fixed. Omar explained all the possibilities of what might or might not happen after the phone was fixed. He had the phone fixed and ready the same day before I got off work. Very nice guy, he's quick and efficient and as a small business owner he doesn't try to stick it to you. He is upfront with his prices .

Completely ripped off was sold a broken phone told them exactly what I needed it for and they sold it to me despite knowing that this wouldn’t be fit for purpose. I’m now submitting a chargeback request of my bank as they’ve refused to refund me.

hello, i went to irepairtech and they charged me completely overpriced for a wack screen which is much slower than my old one. I had to pay £50 whereas my friend had to pay £50 whilst having a much better phone

Really kind, fast service. Re-attached on-off button to my ancient Nokia Lumia after I'd dropped it. Explained that a little fitting was missing, so I must be super-careful in future. Didn't charge me. It was a real relief to get my phone up and running again so quickly and for free.

Not being too tech savvy, I couldn't get my chrome to work, a brilliant young man called Dan had the problem sorted in no time. This is the place to go when you have phone or computer problems, can't recommend them highly enough.

Entered with a broken laptop screen. Chris was great, courteous and kept me in the loop despite the first replacement arriving damaged. Would recommend highly!

I visited iRepairTech yesterday from Banbury as I had problems with my laptop, the service I received was fantastic, the two guys there (one was called Chris) but unfortunately I didn't get the name of the guy who served me but his patience & understanding was outstanding, he solved all the problems I had. Thank you both so much

My laptop battery died and could only be used by the mains plug which isn't always convenient if on the move with work!
I messaged IRepairTech via messenger and Sherryn got back to me straight away asking me to drop it off. They did a diagnostic test and confirmed it was the battery, ordered a battery and two days later this was fixed.
Excellent service. I would not hesitate to use IRepairTech again.

Great service. These guys diagnosed an unrepairable fault on my sons I phone and did not charge me, very rare these days!
I will defiantly use again.

Great service at a reasonable price, no hassle with repair, half the price of another local repair shop which said a new screen was needed but there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever, highly recommended and very friendly staff too, even working into the evening to diagnose the fault, would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, thanks again

iRepairTech are the only place I would take my mobile, laptop, tablets, etc., to. The service from the owners & the staff working there is beyond excellent. It is very efficient, reliable, friendly, supportive & explained when you’re not very tech savvy (me!) and for the service they offer & provide pricing is excellent.

Always have brilliant service from Rich & the team at Irepair - they are super knowledgable and friendly and they offer tech support when you need it most!! Huge thanks to you all for always being there when I need you to help me when tech goes wrong!

Great experience. We have now bought two used phones and have had two computers excellently repaired by iRepair. Technically knowledgeable, aware of privacy and safety issues with personal data, pleasant, very good quality and I thought excellent value (if you think you can get this done less expensively you may be getting much poorer quality) . I think Witney is very lucky to have iRepairTech here . No they are not giving me a payoff for this (!) it is a pleasure to be able to give feedback to such a great lot of people.

I have issues with my iPhone 8 Plus recently after not long being repaired by an insurance repair accredited company. I gave my phone to irepair tech to sort my phone out only to find the they found that :
Glue
A water proof seal
Screws were missing.
Whole heartedly recommend Repair Tech in Witney.
My phone was repaired fully within 24 hours. If anyone has insurance on their phones, save money and cancel it and just use Irepair Tech Witney.

I’ve had a problem with my MacBook since October. Dropped it into the guys at iRepair and after months of challenges in trying to sort out and rectify the problem, I picked my MacBook up this week all mended, updated and none of my data lost which was my greatest worry! We can't rate iRepair highly enough. Their MD has been extraordinary in his attention to our internet needs. Always reliable and efficient and has sorted out our various connectivity problems. Having recently dropped my phone and broken the camera I called on Rich at irepairtech for help. It’s not the first time he and his team have come to the rescue - and I’m sure it won’t be the last - but with a cheerful ‘of course we can fix it’ he did just that.
