Just a terrible piece of technology for…

Just a terrible piece of technology for the price. Always has been. As the prices go up it honestly feels like it has gotten worse. It's amazing how well they've done to some how hide the bad reviews. Everyone who uses it thinks the same thing.

Trully awful software

Trully awful software. It is supposed to be there to assist you to be more productive as an adviser and to remain compliant, but whilst it achieves the first fails as the second entirely. Customer service are rude and couldn't care less about your business or the issues their software creates. Considering there are better alternatives such as Salesforce etc I honestly don't know how this firm is still in business.

Contract set up to suit the firm and prioritise profit over customers. If you decided the mortgage sourcing software is no longer suitable or it no longer functions how you want you are compelled to pay a further 3 months of payments for a service you are no longer using. This was never explained verbally at the outset. I used the service for approximately 8 years and paid over £6000 to them and they chased with emails and threat of litigation as well as imposed extra delay charges over a £124 bill. They have lost a potential future customer and many recommendations to colleagues over this trivial amount.
