To enable and speed up a difficult tenant eviction we chose Iridium to action a Hight Court writ. We had looked at other companies who seemed cheaper but there were lots of add ons. Anyway Iridium sorted the paper work and amazingly we had an eviction date within weeks. Sean attended on time. He knew exactly how to handle a difficult tenant. Always calm and polite but not taking any nonsense, he had seen all the excuses before! He gave a final time limit to go and called the police immediately it was not met. After over 3 years of legal grief the tenant was eventually evicted. If fact this was the only part of the overworked justice system to get our N.W. London flat back that ran smoothly.
