Faulty item

Faulty item. Emailed them, never bothered to respond so I am out of pocket.
Avoid as they appear to have a lack of customer service once they have taken your money.
The name suggests UK, however my item was posted from China.

I have ordered a shower head April 13th…

I have ordered a shower head April 13th it has been sitting waiting to be sent out, it finally arrived in the UK Saturday 23rd, and I am still waiting I have message irisbub because I can't message the delivery company direct.
I have messaged 3 times to get answers from yourself, yet no one gets back to you, there is no phone number to ring up either. Poor service would not recommend at all, shouldn't be allowed to trade. You are quick enough too take people's but where are the goods?

Bad quality wardrobe clothes organiser

I ordered 4 wardrobe organisers. At time of ordering I was told to expect shipment update within 24 hours, when I hadn't received a status update a week later I emailed customer service. They told me it could take 20 days or even longer. I requested a refund which they ignored. I received product 3 wks later. They are badly made. Poor quality and 2 where unusable as in not made properly and obviously not checked before sending. I've sent photos and waiting on response back. Bad quality all round and not worth the money

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Having purchased a National Geographic rock minerals advent calendar back in October 2021 I was excited to give it to my daughter. The advertisement made it look a fantastic purchase. However as advent started my daughter's daily offering was continually disappointing. Following initial email contact with the Companys supplied customer service email address (which appears only to be set up for delivery / returns queries) it was only by my direct messaging through Facebook and further emailing to flag the issue that I finally had a response. No apologies and incredibly poor customer service. I did accept the 50% refund they offered. This was primarily to ensure I did get some money back as the refund in no way covers the very poor product quality. We received no geodes, no gemstones and no fossils as advertised. No storage bag was included either as advertised. Instead we got painted glass, seaglass, gravel and the same white pebble 7 times.

Please note I cannot find this company on Trustpilot. It may be that they fall under a different name. The money taken from me in October and the 50% refund I finally got in December was taken by 'Jineric Inc'. The Irisbub 'about us' part of their website seems to be a complete contradiction of my experience.

Having asked for feedback as to whether they had had any other negative feedback from others about this product and that we continued to be very disappointed for the remainder of advent, I had no response. In fact the response I did finally get appeared short and abrupt.

I feel very undervalued. I feel I have lost out. I have no trust in this company. Needless to say they have very much lost a customer.
