Ordered a spinning bike and weights In April but the display is broke and weights still haven’t arrived (3 months later). I presume the weights will never arrive but all the phone lines are closed and I have sent 3/4 emails and no reply. Terrible costumer service

Ordered an exercise bike arrived.... But parts missing... Unable to assemble or use... Will have to go out in the trash.
No customer service.... Only automated reply to emails.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recieved a faulty treadmill, literally blew up after a couple of uses in april..absolutely terrible customer service..I informed them about the treadmill, few days later got an email with some questions a week later they said theywould send me out a new motor that is what they think it is. Even though I wouldnt know how to replace it....havnt heard a word since after many many emails. .recieved no motorI've told them I want a refund its july now and all I have is a broken treadmill in my sitting room and they refuse to respond to me..no phone lines either..feel like I've been scammed out of 450 euro..dont touch this company..

Absolutely the worst company! Called IRISH warehouse but nothing to do with Ireland. all comes from UK if it comes.. Ordered exercise bike in March, after a long wait the bike arrived damaged. Two weeks money back guarantee is non existent. Phone number for customer service-voicemail to send an email. Sent it, emailed 2x, got a reply 4-5 weeks later to send a proof pics. Reply another 4weeks later to send pictures that it’s ready for collection, another 3weeks later an email that we are on a list for collection. now 3weeks later bike still waiting for collection & refund of 280€. general query never replied. Awful awful awful. companies like that will put you off online shopping

My wife got a BBQ, after one use the back of the bbq burnt off some of paint, they will not reply to any of my emails

Ordered barbell and weights set due to come into stock on the week commencing 18th May. June 3rd they said it was in the couriers hands. I still have not got the goods. After numerous emails, got a response today saying they had given it to the courier and gave me a number to contact them. Courier said they had not received anything from them as of yet, and said they have had the same problem with many orders from Irish sports warehouse. Company they used for my order is toga freight and the courier is DX Eire. Telling them the order number will be sufficient. They are just blaming each other for the delay. Can’t even say the service is poor, as I have just had money taken away and nothing else, so I wouldn’t call it a service

Absolutely disgraceful service like all the other reviews... ordered trampoline in March... still nothing in June and no reply to numerous emails. I’ve had to apply for chargeback through debit card

Hi just wondering if anyone ordered a treadmill and actually receive it? I ordered early June and same as everyone I receive an email two days later stating it had been collected by their courier and they would be in touch with delivery date. No mention of who courier co is and no tracking number. Nothing since and any emails I have sent have just had the auto reply.

Sick and tired of nothing happening I hope they read this ordered on May 15 I cancelled on May 16 numerous emails auto replys finally June 17 a reply we will send money back to acc with in 7 days 2 weeks later still nothing are the phone lines still not working

I ordered a trampoline on May 8. I understood that it would not be in stock until the week commencing June 15 and I also understood from auto-response emails not to expect delivery that week but to expect it the following week and if there was to be any delays, I would hear from Irish Sports Warehouse directly. It is now over 2 weeks and I have not heard a single thing about my order since placing it, despite having sent numerous emails. The auto-reply email which I have received in response to 8 emails and web-form queries, advises 'not to panic'. Well, I'm not in a panic, but this is frustrating.
I understand fully the difficulties of managing operations and providing service at this time, but at this stage would just like a direct reassurance that my order is in hand and an estimated delivery date.

Worst company I have ever ordered off by a country mile.if I could give less then 1 star I would.I ordered a pool start of June was told it was with the courier 4th of June for delivery. Not heard from them since.Emailed a dozen times all I get is the same generic pre written email with no info
Tracking you order doesn't work no info on that.You can't phone them either number doesn't ring In the email it says they are not answering phones due to Covid-19 Avoid Avoid Avoid

Crap, I didn’t get my item and it’s been 3 months

Ordered curl bar , due to cheap packaging weights were lost and I rang and emailed to let know so they could send me news out which they never got back to me , that was over a month ago and I still have heard nothing.

Ordered a Trampoline from ISW and had it delivered within the week. Could not say anything bad about this company excellent service.

Took five weeks to deliver and it was the wrong item. No response to my email that was over ten days ago. Avoid!!!!!!

Takes your money... promises will deliver within three days .. Still waiting after 5 weeks with no information ... no tracking .. no correspondence.

Tried to cancel order but got automated reply to say it’s shipped.

This company has a lovely “about us” page saying it was started by three siblings who wanted to bring good quality leisure products to its customers. Is this true ??? Where are they ? Are they hiding in their warehouse that they refer to ? If they are they need to come out and get in contact with their customers.

Why is their no phone contact ? It says due to Corona Virus ... there is no phone contact available as their staff are working from home .. mmm... that just doesn’t wash ... at least one person can take calls from their home .. put up mobile numbers on your site and set up LIVE CHAT.

ALL VERY VERY SUSPECT !

So... what next ... well it looks like I’ll have to do as other customers here have had to do when their orders were not delivered by Irish Sports Warehouse .., go to my bank and arrange a call back of my money.

Dreadful customer service . Pre ordered my treadmill 6 weeks ago without looking at the reviews after the expected date for the treadmill to arrive in stock there was still no response from the company. I only ever got the automatic responses but needless to say my treadmill arrived 2 days ago. Finally got a chance to use it today great product very pleased with it so far .

Received a defective trampoline and still no response from customer service- avoid at all costs
