I love your clothes but I was extremely disappointed with my experience this time. I purchased many items my last pregnancy a few years ago and loved them. I am pregnant again and ordered a dress which unfortunately is too small and doesn’t look good on me- when I went to UPS to return my item I realized that returning my item would cost over 150 dollars. I found it unclear on the website that shipping was not covered for returns. I have emailed a few times and haven’t heard back. So now I have a dress that doesn’t fit that I cannot return. Unfortunately I would not order again.

Lovely dress
Lovely dress, good quality and nicely shaped. Took a little while to arrive (I live in the Netherlands) but the company was responsive when I had a question about the delivery. I found it ran true to size - the bust/shoulders/arms fit like a UK size 10, bit there's plenty of room to grow around the middle

Lovely versatile dress
Lovely dress. The fabric is super soft but feels good quality too. I was worried being only 13 weeks that it might look a bit funny at the front as I’m not really showing yet but wanted a new dress that I could wear in the coming months too and grow into it! It still looked lovely and the tie at the front allows you to have it as tight or loose as you wish no wasn’t obviously a maternity dress at all. Wore it to a smart coronation event with espadrille heels and a blazer but could easily be dressed down with trainers too. Great versatile dress

Rental experience fantastic, lovely dress, felt great in it and hassle free. The dress I bought unfortunately didn’t suit me so returned but would 100% recommend the rental / ease of returns service / dresses available and fit.

Hi, I am very excited to receive my dress because my friends all loved it during their maternity but it is taking a LONG time to get here from UK, must be a customs thing. It would unfortunately put me off ordering from the UK in future if it takes this long.

This shirt appears to be high quality and I appreciate that it's not see-through like most white shirts, but it curves out in the sides in a very unflattering way that's not apparent in the pictures and makes you look much bigger than you are. It's also not quite long enough to cover my belly and looks much more formal in-person. It costs double the price of the shirt for return shipping, so I'm stuck with it.

I think customer service does not exist at Isabella Oliver shop. Nobody picks up the phone, I left voice message as requested and nobody've come back to me. I finally emailed them and I am still waiting. The way they process returns is nothing I want to experience. I will not buy from there any more. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful dress. I know this is something I can wear during pregnancy and postpartum. It's soft, flowy, and is flattering to my body. Shipping to USA/NYC was very easy and affordable.
