DO NOT use this company. Customer service is abysmal, no real help or support with genuine issues, all you get is "this does not sound like our module", or an answer my 5 yr old could give me. Module I installed was nothing but trouble from day 1, causing serious FTP issues then lots of niggly problems that they dont look at or even attempt to address.
I installed iSenselabs free extension for adding "Pay by Amazon" into Opencart 2.3.0.2 My system didn't allow people to login successfully so I wrote to iSenselabs for help. They responded really quickly and helped me fix the hosting settings at my end to get it working. The customer service was superb - especially given that I had just downloaded a free extension.
Their service is shockingly bad. I purchased the Ajax Quick Checkout extension for Opencart and installed it as per their support documents, but it caused an error on my site and my site did not load anymore, I had to send them several messages before they fixed it.
It then got worse. After I installed their extension the payment section of the checkout stopped appearing correctly. After 40+ messages with them they refuse to believe that their extension doesn't work correctly. I even had to pay an external developer to fix it, costing me more than the extension itself!
Do NOT buy from this company. Their extension flat out doesn't work and they will go blue in the face denying it instead of fixing it.
