Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Please be aware that Simon Rusher who gave the company 5 stars is in fact the owner. The worst service we've experienced. The cleaner have been doing fraction of the work he was requested to do daily (1/5th to be precise). Customer service non-existent. When concerns were initially pointed out, cleaner just stopped showing up and office stopped taking calls. Then they have been shamefully lying to cover their tracks while trying to get their invoice paid, hoping that the person who made initial arrangements and later complained about the quality of service have left the business. When they were caught red handed, they tried to threaten with legal action but luckily we have all the evidence of atrocious "service". Reporting them to Trading Standards. AVOID AT ALL COST
