After waiting 39 days for delivery for an item listed as instant delivery my Item did arrive after 3 phone calls in the wrong colour. The worst online store I have ever used.

My Order Has Arrived Safe And Sound And Well Packed ( I Ordered On Wednesday It Arrived Friday ) I Consider It To Be Very Good Value For Money And Would Highly Recommend .

Ideally I would give it 0 stars! Only given 2 stars due to the fact I dont believe they are fraudulent.

I ordered for Xmas 2010 on 07/12/10 with plenty of time for delivery. The order got cancelled due to Sage Pay rejecting my transaction the day after due to a security reason. I got no email to tell me it had failed. When I logeed into the website today (21/12/10) it informed me of the order cancellation.... I am now without a Christmas present for my Mother, and due to the snow, I am now unable to order anything online. I am in London, 250 miles away from her, and am going on holiday in 1 days time. I can't even go and buy one from the shops.
My recommendation is go elsewhere. Last time I use this company . . . ever

Item arrived after 3 days and in time for Christmas despite really bad weather across the country. Was really packed well and protected against the elements!

Ordered items, Paid for next day. Still chasing the order 7 days later.
Been given a "Tracking Number" no record of this number on royal mail.

My advice. Stay clear!

Ordered 2/12 - received emails to say dispatched 6/12 - 13 /12 still no item, emailed from website that says 'we endeavour to respond within 24 hours - 14/12 no item, no response to email, sent second request for information
15/12 had to call office, they said my item went by courier last week as I had been 'upgraded' from first class post. LIARS!!
Details with courier says that the item was only PICKED UP yesterday. They are quick to take your money but slow to deliver and respond to complaints. Cheap prices are not everything, customer service has to be maintained.

i didnt complete my order due to an error with your processing my credit card details. After entering them , the prompt asked me to enter them again. I disconnected and aborted the process.

Not at all happy, ordered goods on 8 Dec 2010 and still not arrived although I paid there and then. I will be happy if you could chase this
