Above and beyond – they didn't even charge!

I contacted ISL Industrial for a specific spare part for my WorkSharp knife sharpener (the hub fastener). Although they didn't have it in stock, Sheryl from Customer Services went above and beyond to track one down for me. Not only was the service fast, professional, and incredibly helpful, but they kindly sent it free of charge as a once-off gesture. It's so refreshing to come across a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile. Outstanding service, friendly team, and real integrity. Highly recommended!
