Today I have been in This I e cream shop as my child wanted so much ! There was a long queue and I could see just practically one person was working even though there were 2 ! My child had to wait over 20 minutes, he was so upset and cried a lot , for just one scoop ice cream while all people or most was taking a big box consisting over 15 scoops ice cream which took time even more ! It was my first and last time and worst experiences in Ice cream !
I have been in many great Ice cream shop in the world and never seen such a queue and 1-2 people give services!
And finally , as my child cried a lot , fell sleep in the car and didn’t eat his ice cream …
So unfair experience! Even though they didn’t take care of a child who is crying or so upset …

We love the rich and tasty icecream of Ismageriet and often serve it for dessert to our family and friends upon hosting.
We like the large variety, on one hand, and the traditional wonderful flavors (such as Marcipan with pistacie ganache), on the other hand.
We highly recommend about this delicious treat!!!

I am highly disappointed with the service and quality.
Had I checked their reviews on Trustpilot beforehand, I would not have placed an order. I ordered ice cream for my guests, but the order was canceled after waiting for 60 minutes—coincidentally at the exact time the shop closed, leaving me unable to follow up. This experience highlights significant gaps in their customer service. I strongly advise against purchasing from this establishment until they prioritize and improve their customer service standards.

It sounds like you ordered the ice cream through Just-Eat. You therefore have talk to them instead.
When you order ice cream through our website you will get a timeslot to go and pick it up. Ismageriet don't have a delivery service.
