Product was great
Product was great. Only trouble is their use of Royal Mail which seems to have problems with its label printing. Twice it has printed out only half the label, resulting in delivery to the wrong address.

Slippers good quality but too big and had to pay to return them.
Bought the slippers. They are good quality but were too big - 44 would normally be OK for me but they were too big and therefore a bit dangerous on the stairs. Having paid for delivery I had to pay again to send them back. The purchase cost was refunded, a bit slowly, and there are no free returns, so this will discourage me from buying again from Isobaa.

Still waiting...
Ordered three items on January 4, 2024. Still waiting on two items to arrive. After contacting the customer service, they wrote that it is delayed because this part was dispatched from a (new moved to) UK warehouse. Then they wrote on January 18, 2024:
'Please allow a few more working days for the parcel to arrive. Please note that the tracking will not update until the parcel is in the domestic network.'
I just checked the tracking-code, and the parcel is still not in the domestic network (Netherlands). Unfortunately, the order can not be cancelled, because they say it is already dispatched.
Normally, and on an average, it takes 3 to 5 days for a package to arrive from the UK to the NL. Somehow, this is already taking 23 days..

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay with your remaining shipment.
Sometimes, due to unavailability of stock in our EU warehouse, we have to dispatch orders from our UK location. This process usually adds about 5 working days to the delivery time as we navigate through customs to our EU facility, which is situated in Germany. Once the shipment arrives at our EU warehouse, it's then sent directly to you. Your domestic courier won't have tracking information until the shipment reaches them, so if there hasn't been an update within the expected timeframe, it's possible that the shipment was lost during transit.
Please reach out to our support team with your order information. We'll promptly investigate with the courier and will either issue a refund or arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Don’t buy from them!!
I ordered three merino t shirts at the beginning of December. They arrived quickly but the sizing information on the website is inaccurate and they were far too small. I was irritated by having to pay the return postage and sent them on 11th December and they received them on 12th.
I have not received my refund. I have emailed and they responded two days later which was too late as had I put this in the hands of the credit card company who refunded me.
I would strongly advise anyone against dealing with Isobaa. A very poor business and non existent service.

We regret to learn about the difficulties encountered regarding your refund. As outlined in our return policy, refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receipt. However, on occasions where a refund is delayed, we encourage customers to contact us for prompt resolution. Delays in processing may occur if the returned items cannot be immediately linked to the original order, thus requiring an investigation by our returns department. Rest assured, in such instances, we'll issue a manual refund. Our customer support team address all inquiries within two business days. In your case, while your query was attended to within this timeframe, the initiation of a chargeback process unfortunately preempted any further action on our part.
We apologise for the disappointing service and overall experience.
