This is now my third order from Isolated Heroes and wow - I cannot recommend this brand enough. I contacted Sam after seeing her wearing the stunning new Palm Print Glitter Lurex Swing Dress on her holiday photos and despite the dress not being live on the website, she let me place an order early so I could have it in time for my 30th birthday.

I picked up the dress today and wow - I am in love! The fit, the colour, the length, quality… just everything is amazing.

Their prices are so reasonable for the quality and designs, and although you may need to save up for a few bits I promise it’s worth it - I still continue to wear my Galaxy Print T-Shirt Dress from 2020 most weeks!

It is so important to support your local brands, especially ones like Isolated Heroes who go above and beyond for their customers, all the while remaining to be one of the few brands who design their products in house. On top of this, the brand is truly inclusive and does so much for the Dundee community which just makes shopping with them all the better.

Absolutely love the trousers I got (leopard cords). They are really comfortable, love the pattern and the fit is great. Also had excellent customer service when I had a query about delivery - response was really quick and thorough.

Have been a customer for a while and love their fun out there style! Got a custom Eras tour dress and the process was great, from the initial chatting through the design to alterations to make sure everything sat just right so much care and attention was paid and I felt so welcome. Can’t wait to get good use out of my dress for many years!

I have been a big fan of Isolated Heroes for years, as both a Scottish and ethical brand with all things sparkly. I recently bought two tops from them and the quality and packaging was outstanding. It is so lovely to be able to wear ethically made clothes in both my size (as a plus size girl) and in my style. No need to compromise on either. Excited to make more purchases in the future!

I'm such a fan of Isolated Heroes, their stuff is beautiful and feels special to wear, but their communication remains a challenge for me - I have had to follow up on every order I've made, including my most recent which took multiple emails from me asking before it turned out that my item had most likely been sent to someone else? A refund was promptly issued at this point which was appreciated, but I will struggle to justify ordering from them again.

Update 29/4/23: The owner of the company called me to let me know that they would send me the item I had ordered for no charge and this arrived today which was really appreciated. Item is lovely.

The host was lovely and welcoming, she contacted me before the workshop to give a heads up and share her contact number for any emergency which was great! The experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this to everyone and anyone, regardless of sewing experience. I got to walk away with a hand made dress that was made for me and had a great day out!

What a great morning! We attended the kids denim jacket workshop and loved it. Sam was so great with the kids, she was fun, patient and supportive and they got taught how to use a sewing machine in the most sparkly surroundings! Was great to be in the studio and great to do an activity together with my daughter. Would love to do another one and love the clothes they make at isolated heroes. I've ordered lots of times from Isolated Heroes and the clothes never disappoint. From sequin midi dresses to more everyday things they've all been really nice. In the past the service has occasionally been a bit slow, but I didn't mind as things are made by hand. However my latest order arrived super quick, within a couple of days.
I've only had to return something once but that was super easy, and they also offer an alteration on things if they aren't quite the right length. I've also had to send something to be repaired once as I ripped it at a gig, that was good value and nice to be able to keep wearing it!

Isolated Heroes have been on quite the journey over the past 12 months. The clothes have always been 10/10 but Sam is really delivering the 11 /10 service too. I ordered a dress on a whim last week and it arrived earlier than their usual 7 day turnaround. They even messaged to double check which neckline I wanted before popping in the post. Where else will you get that service? Can't wait to wear my sequins and feel AMAZING.
