It is ridiculous the trouble I've had trying to return their product. There is no phone number. Emails go un-answered. I sent the slippers back according to their direction to include the tracking number. There it NO communication... dead silence. How is this company allowed to continue business in the US?!?! I agree with other reviewers that the quality of the products is not as good as it used to be. Back in the day, everyone wanted to own Isotoners. Now, the company is a symbol of disrespect. If you still want to buy their products, DO NOT ORDER FROM ISOTONER.COM!! Try Amazon.

No response except for a shipping label to return slippers. They never processed refund. Had to open a dispute with my bank.

Can’t get them to respond to my e mail at all for a return & zero phone # to communicate. Won’t be purchasing from them anymore! Hope that my post saves someone else from this awful experience 🤞!

I just want to say my daughter and I have always bought isotona slippers but the last two pairs that we have had, although genuine, we have found that the souls have worn away even before we've had a chance to give them a wash. They're just not the quality they used to be and not lasting as long on the sole. I wonder if anyone else has found them like this.

I always loved their ballerina slippers so I placed an order for my third pair along with some shoes on August 2. Today is August 19 and my order has been sitting in Aurora CO for going on three weeks, just sitting there, because they cheap out on their shipping. I am done, DONE with this company.
Edited to add: After three weeks I received the order, and they were the wrong size. I emailed Isotoner and was told the correct size would be shipped expedited and to please donate the wrong size slippers. A week and a half later I emailed them and asked for a tracking number. They wrote back asking what size I had received (!!) even though I had given them that information in the very same email thread already. The next day (today) I received an email saying I will receive the correct size in 7 to 10 days.
Never in my life has a company jerked me around like this. There is something very wrong at Isotoner and I repeat: I won't be ordering from them again.

The only issue that I had was they couldn't deliver and that was FedEx's problem and I think their gloves are very comfortable and very handy because you can still use your phone and wear them

This was an absolutely abhorrent experience. After purchasing through the totes us website in December 2024, I was looking forward to my mother receiving her slippers that she wanted for so long. We have patronised the brand before because of the quality but this experience has left me unsure if I will ever purchase from this brand.

Though the package stated the slippers were delivered to the correct address, my mother only realised at the end of the December that she never received them. In an effort to rectify the issue I attempted to make a customer complaint on the US website, which they never responded to.

I was forced to make a claim with PayPal, and I am convinced the company took exceedingly long to respond in order for me to leave my claim with PayPal deliberations. PayPal stated because the company said it was delivered it must have been delivered.

I understand some people try to make fraudulent claims but I can count on one hand the number of times I have ever had to this. Now I have paid $59.00 for slippers that my mother never received.

I ordered Womens Microterry Slippers from Isotoner. The cost included a 10.95 shipping fee. Once they arrived I found that the size 8.5-9 was way too small. My shoe size is 8.5 but I could barely get my foot into these slippers. The sole was thin and uncomfortable. Stupid me, I didn’t look at Isotoner’s return policy. Customers have to email the order# and can request a return label which is deducted from your refund. Shipping to and from will be more than the cost of these mis-sized, crummy slippers. Very poor product and customer service.

These are not like my mom’s gloves. My mom had a pair of isotoners back in the 50s. They were BEAUTIFUL! I got mine from Macy’s and they are already falling apart. Threads are fraying after two months.

I ordered 3 slippers and wore one of the slippers which was just awful--cheaply made and too big although it's the same size I always wear. I returned the other 2 pairs, unworn and in their packages. I followed the directions from the company. Their directions for return are convoluted and not helpful. I sent the package via USPS with tracking. Crickets. No response. Nada, nothing. It's been almost a month. I will have to call the company for their help. Based on customer reviews that are horrible, I am not too optimistic. The return was mailed at USPS on 4-15-24.

DO NOT order directly from this company. I returned an item, heard nothing. Contact is only by email with robot, AI responses. No phone contact available. I returned my item with all pertinent information. Tracking number showed it was delivered. I'll write this off as a loss.

Isotoner is a VERY difficult company to order directly from. Once you place an order with them, you cannot cancel it, no matter how fast you contact them to do so. Customer service is horrible. There’s no CS phone number readily available, and once you find one, you can call until you are blue in the face and you’ll never reach an actual person…just a recording telling you to e-mail them. Once I received the order that Isotoner wouldn’t cancel, I returned to them it immediately without even opening the package. I had to pay shipping to receive the order, pay more to ship it back to them, and then they kept $10 of my refund, stating that I used their return shipping label, which I did NOT! I ended up finding the same Isotoner gloves on Amazon for $15 with free shipping…no hassles. And the only reason I purchased anything Isotoner was for someone else who asked for those specific gloves. Never again!

I received my slippers and the sizing is way off. They do not pay for returns for there defects in sizing. I will never buy from them again and besides that the slippers are very flimsy, thin not of quality that they use to be.

I ordered 2 new pairs of slippers to replace ones I already owned & loved. They lasted for almost 6 years & I wore them every day as my inside house shoes. I could wear them outside to get my mail becuz of their rubber sole. They held up beautifully after I washed them numerous times. The new pair were totally different & cheaply made. I was horribly disappointed. When I contacted customer service, they replied quickly & refunded me immediately. I was surprised when they told me to just throw them out as opposed to returning them. Clearly, they knew the pair was garbage. I returned both pairs & after 4 weeks, I had to contact Isotoner to inquire about the refund for the other pair. They asked me for the tracking number, which I had & then they said they would issue a refund. I doubt the would have refunded my money if I hadn't contacted them. I'm not impressed with the whole experience. I prefer a company with a live person to speak with & has integrity in their product.

Just purchased my second pair of Isotoner slippers with memory foam and I couldn't be any happier. I'm aware it's the middle of summer and slippers aren't greatly worn this time of year. I'm just a touch "aware" of what my feet touch if you will, lol. I very rarely walk around completely bare footed due to not wanting my feet to possibly get dirty #1 and #2 in spite of summer weather I almost always have cold feet. Therefore making my Isotoner slippers perfect to just slip on very easily to walk around and or warm up my feet.
Not to mention the grandiose selection they have to choose from and far as style you may want but they are also incredibly soft and comfortable. Isotoner is made with great, strong, very sturdy, quality! My slippers last me for several years!
A definite must have in slippers!!
