I recently ordered a windshield for my Toyota Corolla, but unfortunately the item I received is not the correct one.

I contacted your customer service team to resolve the issue, and I am very disappointed that you have refused to accept a return or offer a replacement. This is not acceptable, as the mistake was not on my part.

I expect a proper resolution, either a full refund or the correct item sent out promptly. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I hope you take this seriously and improve your customer service.

Fitted to Honda jazz.The rear window clips didn’t fit to hold them in place so they just fell out, the front ones fouled the windows on the way up, found the company to be very unhelpful as I had purchased them through Amazon. I definitely wouldn’t purchase anything from this company again.

There is "wind noise" on the 2 drivers side windows !

Front passenger side cracked and broke not easy to fit. Ask for a new one they ask for 10 pound for one fair I thought but ask for you to pay for postage as well not fair.
Positive side they look well and good fit.

One came off on the motorway on day 3 of having them on.

They are quick and easy to install.

But the way they're made, they're curved inwards on the lip making the windows hit them on their way up. That then causes the windows to catch and not close and retract back down.

Delivery was excellent only 3 days excellent quality and so easy to fit to car would recommend to anyone

Easy to fit and as advertised. Had to arrange secondary shipping since Ispeed wouldn't ship direct .

There was no where near the amount of adhesive strip on the product as seen on the video, on the front there was 3 one inch strips and on the back there was 2 one inch strips.
The rear windows catch the product when closing, the drivers window would not shut at all, you can also see all the clips from outside of the vehicle.
Poor product

There’s a lot of wind noise from them ,a lot , thinking of putting them in the bin
