An actual blessing.
I received the leather bracelet with 3 inscription beads, in Hebrew and it is absolutely perfect in every detail. The craftsmanship is beyond compare and for me, it is extremely important that it was made by members of the Jewish Nation. I will say this, the bracelet was a bit too large and the beads kept rotating to the bottom of my wrist. I contacted Israel Blessing support and inquired about a replacement at about 1" shorter in length and what charges I would incurr.they promptly responded and much to my amazement, they conveyed to me that there would be no charges and I could keep the original bracelet as well. Who does that!...I can't think of anyone here in America that would have done that for me, with the exception of my Mother, may God rest her soul. The Jews are God's chosen people for a reason and rightly so. During the Hanakkuh celebration I personally pray that God blesses each and every one of you and the entirety of the Jewish Nation. How dare anyone raise a hand or utter a derogatory remark against the Jewish Nation. May God bless you and Israel. Thank you so very much...that gesture touched my heart so strongly that I found it hard to breathe.

I ordered a name necklace
I ordered a name necklace in Hebrew and it was not correct and trying to resolve was more difficult that it should have been. I was finally able to return the necklace but only receive a store credit which I will use for something other than a necklace. The person who assisted was polite and tried to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
