love the various holiday products Issta has. I can always find a product that fits my pocket at that time of my holiday planing and been very lucky those days to find a agent that had good knowledge on those products, but most important is that they also deliver accordingly to my expectations with other words more or less a perfect holiday. Customer service is non-existent. You can go around in circles. The bot will not take care of you. I did not receive a refund or even a reply for a canceled flight.

Stay away. This is the last time I’m ordering from this website.

An awful company you MUST avoid. They only delay works and make it even more complicated. Their staff are not professional in handling requests and impolite. Never ever again.

Very slow to try to get me flight, when flight finally arranged, they wanted the money up front. When airline cancelled flight they didn't give me refund, after I gave then a week or I sue, then they said a refund takes 45 - 60 days, counting from when they didn't say. Use this company at your own risk. I'll never use them again.
