My subscription expired yesterday with 105 available downloads. The cumulative cost for my subscription was $840. I had only wanted a few photos but somehow got stuck with the subscription. Now, a... See more

Awful experience!!! Avoid!!
Awful experience.
Subscribed to their AI, few mins later I was trying to create a badge, a logo, and not a single word was correct in the pic, bunch of rubbish. AVOID!!!!
Chatted with their worthless agent, in which I think it’s a bot, no cancellation no refund. It said to keep trying. I filed a dispute with PayPal. Will see!
Oh look another 1 star review about…
Oh look another 1 star review about being scammed and mistreated into a 12 month contract. I finished mine and then didn’t know it auto renewed !!! After a year, emailed the thieves and they would like me to pay it for another 12 months !
0 stars
0 stars. Crooks. All photos are basically AI generated as well.
So this is a subscription trap
So this is a subscription trap, for some reason after cancellation thay charge some bullshit administrative fee 70$ to cancel! Never gonna use their service
Downloaded what i needed and removed the free trial
I downloaded my image and then removed the free trial. People that are complaining should stop sleeping and start reading before giving their credit card info.
They are thieves!
They are thieves!! Be very careful. They claim we took a subscription, but have no proof of that. Due to a so called "mistake in their system" we didn't receive any confirmation of that subscription, nor were we informed that money was taken from our account. They don't take any responsability about their "mistake" and even some kind of a compromise is out of the question.
SCAM
SCAM! they lock you in with a free month trial, don't confirm your email address and then keep your card and charge it $93 every month without being able to stop it.
RIP-OFFF THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!
RIP-OFFF THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! THEY TRICK YOU IN TO THINKING YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SUBCRIPTION MONTHLY BECAUSE I KNOW FOR A FACT I MADE SURE IT WAS PLACED ON THE MONTHLY SIDE. I PLAN TO SUE THESE PEOPLE FOR BEING WRONGFULLY CHARGED. WHO IS WITH ME?
Total Rip off
If you get the free trial and you dont want to subscribe. Make sure you cancel. Because if you forget and get charged, even if you contact them on the day, they will not return your money.
I did not even use the single image I downloaded. I just wanted to try it. Lol
I spent 15 dollars for nothing
I spent 15 dollars to download content, and all it allows me to do is generate a very limited amount of AI content. Total rip-off. I buy a subscription that does nothing and still charges me to download content. What a waste.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. I signed up for the free trial, and then they charged me. When I contacted them to get a refund, they cancelled my membership without explaining that they couldn't refund my money. The customer service is garbage. They didn’t answer my email right away, and I had to send a follow-up email, and they didn’t care. They’re a scam. Don’t subscribe to them. And finally, they told us we sent you a reminder before the trial ended, and they are lying. They did not send me anything.
Misleading pricing
Shady contracts that lock you in for a year despite advertising monthly subscriptions.
THIS COMPANY IS SCAM
THIS COMPANY IS SCAM - COMPLETELY UNETHETICAL. SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET BY NOW. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
SCAM!
SCAM! Avoid this company! Would never use them again. Lock you into contracts and have horrible customer service
SCAM SCAM SCAM!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I would avoid this company at all costs. Make sure you never sign up for the free trial. It will lock you into a 12-month subscription with no exit option. They have charged/robbed me of over 350 Euros so far. Currently in the process of going legal with the company.
The management of this company are the absolute scum of the earth and should be ashamed of themselves! Robbing ordinary people by hiding subscription contracts within their terms.
Complete Scam
Complete Scam. They charged me $70 after a subscription trial that never specified an "end-date". And also locked me out of my account so that I could no longer access the remaining downloads I had already paid for. Don't sign up for this.
They are absolutely terrible
Update: if you paid with PayPal, dispute the charges. I was successful.
They are absolutely terrible. If you do a free trial and then forget (which they hope you will, of course), when you do cancel, you lose access to all of the "accrued" downloads you would have had for the period of time you paid for. At the very least, your access and credits should remain for the period of time you have already paid for. So you get 0 anything in exchange for your very expensive, accidental subscription.
Total Scam
Total Scam! Don't sign up for the Free Trial. Don't bother with this company. They won't be around if this is how they do business.
775 Reviews with a 1.1 average! I wish i looked at this before doing business with them.
Never subscribe. They WILL steal from you
I would've thought that iStock were a reputable company but it's clear from the reviews here and my recent appalling experience with them that they are absolute scam artists. I signed up for a one month's subscription, immediately turning off auto renew (as I always do and have never had a problem anywhere else) and like everybody else here on Trustpilot was charged for that second month.
I used far fewer than my allotted images in the month. And absolutely zero from the second month I was charged for. I emailed the moment the charge went throught. Any other company would see that and offer a refund to a client in that situation but obviously a huge part of their income comes from scamming individuals in that way.
Truly shameful company that I will try to avoid as long as I'm in this business. I will also be recommending that everybody else does the same.
Time to raise this with the UK regulatory bodies.
Total scam, rip, autobilling for nothing
Total scam. I was on google searching and somehow ended up here, its completely confusing on what your paying for or that you will be auto billed. Reached out and they have no answers and no refunds. So big tech wins again stealing money on scam and technicality. Even when you click to buy an image its constantly nagging you for more money, they dont even know their own prices.
