Good service which helped us resolves some problems a year ago when we relocated our offices.

We had 3CX and moved to hosted service as the service from previous provider was poor. As a GP surgery, hosted solution did not suit our needs. As a reliable partner, and we were directed to Dave by 3CX. He was excellent. Managed everything remotely and advised us the best solution using 3CX. We purchased the 3CX phone system from IT Communications two years ago. They assisted with the install and hooking us up to their SIP trunks. We have had no issues with call quality and no drops in the service.

Completed a couple of purchases viat IT Communications now and both have been seamless in processing end to end. Very quick turnaround for license key for 3CX and SIP trunking. Fantastic is all I can say.
