Five stars for the outstanding and fast customer service .i made a mistake with my booking date and the team was incredibly helpful and quick in resolving the issue and changing the date for the bus tour for me and family.very professional and highly recommended.

Italia Pass was the best thing we did when planning our trip to Italy. The benefits we received exceeded the price we paid. It also helped plan our itinerary as we chose events that were part of the Pass first and worked around that. We participated in the free tours offered including the Rome Family Dinner, which was a real highlight of our trip!

Every time I have contacted Italia Pass via email they have responded very fast with clear answers.

We had an amazing experience with italiapass. Our trip through italy(Rome, Florence and Venice) was 10x better with italiapass than it would’ve been without. We got to see all the sites hassle free, travel first class on the train, set a stress free itinerary and take advantage of the experiences and advice offered. Cooking class was a lot of fun and the lounge was a relaxing and much needed break and rest stop. Our tour guide Paola and host Sofia were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist us in any way. Highly recommend italiapass to anyone considering. Great value and easy booking and communication throughout.

I bought Italiapass because they promised a free entry to the Uffizi gallery. I followed the proceedure. I quoted my Italia pass number. I was charged a full amount for my entry to Uffizi. I assumed it would be refunded.

SINCE MY COMPLAINT
Italiapass recognised the issue I highlighted, have corrected the gap in the systems that cause dthe issue and have recompensed me.

In this they have acted with both care and integrity and I am grateful with their acceptance and determination to ensure my experience is not repeated elsewhere.

In the light of this I have changed my rating to five stars. It is not about things going wrong. It is about recovering magnificently. And they have.

It was a nice experience until my connection was late by 3 hr.

All of the experiences offered through italiapass were great and of very good quality. But what I think really sets them apart is their excellent customer service. Every question and concern I had before and during any event were resolved timely and they were always accommodating. Thank you italiapass for a wonderful experience!

We wanted a refund and were granted one immediately. I have already seen it hit my credit card. Thank you!

Needed to cancel a refundable ticket. No online option for this so e mailed them on a Sunday. They came straight back in an hour. Great detective Grazzi Micaela

Given the cost of the tickets we purchased to ensure we made it back quickly on the express train, the delays we experienced were not worth the price at all. It took us longer to get from Rome back to Civitavecchia than it would have to take the normal rail at a fraction of the price.

Pleasant journey the train was clean and the service was perfect, the server gave us two sandwiches, one of each type, and very friendly.

We traveled with 2 young kids and the ItaliaPass made everything convenient and easy. The Rome Termini lounge was clean and stocked with snacks. The tours were fantastic and ItaliaDine was a hit. Highly recommend ItaliaPass when traveling to Italy.

We had never traveled by train in Europe before this trip. Once we understood how the Italian rail system worked it was a breeze. The Regional trains were comfortable and on time. The high speed train was fantastic!

Still in 2019 it's certainly not worth the purchase. They're very few hotels associated with the pass and comparisons of the same hotels on other booking sites are often cheaper than the discount they claim to give. I also noticed no difference in four different ItaliaRail train ticket prices when booking. As for the lounge access, there's more to see and better places to spend time if needed in Rome Termini Station than the VIP lounge that's offered on this card.
