Hello, I’m not a new customer. Comcast stopped its email business and I had to change my email with you. I’m now being treated like a new customer.Do I really need to open a new account and lose my points and past account?

Total scam. I bought two rings. One was clearly nothing like the picture: blue topaz and “diamonds” are all cloudy, no glimmer.
Their return policy implies that if you are unhappy with your PURCHASE email them for authorization to send back for a FULL refund less their original postage fees.
They just offered me $15 for a ring I paid $129 + tax for. The ring is not worth more than $25. BEWARE!!!

Excellent customer service...I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size...I emailed customer service and called left message...They responded within 15 min...changed my order and emailed me confirmation. Definitely would buy from them again!
