Attention: UK base means additional costs for customer

This company is based in the UK, but presents itself als "Cashmere from Italy" - it is not transparent as to where the goods are being shipping from.
What this means for customers: if items are delivered to the EU, you will be charged an additional 15 to 20 Euros for customs/import tax.
The company has chosen not take care of this on their side, nor are they being transparent about this additional charge being applied to their clothes.

If you are not happy with the item purchased and wish to send it back, you will have to pay the full postage price - recorded delivery of goods back to the UK will cost you another 20 to 30 Euros.
Again, "Italy in Cashmere" does not make this transparent on their website nor do they alert customers to this.

In my opinion, this business is deliberately misleading customers and mis-representing themselves.
Buyers, beware.

It can be challenging to order. My US-based bank put a temp hold on my purchase. They claim they needed to call me to authorize my purchase. It can be a bit annoying to go through. It's not Italy in Cashmere's fault. The problem is the people who commit online fraud and rip off honorable merchants trying to make a living. And international banking transactions can slow things down. Yet when your Cashmere gift arrives I promise you'll be over the moon ecstatic!

Bad and rude customer service, cheap quality, possibly outsourcesd from China and nothing similar to real Cashmere quality. Find a better store.
